Buongiorno. Numero ordine #1984. Esperienza terribile con questa “azienda” e non è un caso che ho utilizzato le virgolette. Questa ditta pensa di essere una azienda seria ma è solo uno specchio per le allodole. Propone prezzi allettanti, nemmeno troppo…vista la qualità bassissima della merce venduta, non seguendo nemmeno il cliente post vendita. Nessuna assistenza e nessun modo di contatto. Pubblicizzano e vendono prodotti di evidente contraffazione e di fabbricazione cinese, nonostante il nome della ditta sia in francese! Ho scritto ripetutamente per esigere un totale rimborso di un pezzo acquistato (54€ per un valore reale di produzione di circa 3/5€ ) minacciandoli di denunciarli all’autoritá di tutela del consumatore, ma niente, ti arrivano continui messaggi automatici non attinenti al problema, esigendo anche il pagamento a carico del cliente della spedizione di ritorno! L’ultimo messaggio è il più ridicolo, mi hanno proposto un misero rimborso del 10% e l’opportunità di tenermi quel rifiuto acquistato da loro, per evitare le inutili attese di spedizioni internazionali. Visto il mancato riscontro e il totale silenzio da parte loro, procederò sicuramente a formale denuncia, credo che sia l’unica soluzione più giusta per difendere i consumatori. Avvertimento: state lontani da questa azienda, sono dei furbi che fanno una politica di vendita scorretta con dei prodotti di bassissima qualità. Attività così dovrebbe essere perseguite per legge.

I ordered a swimming suite, took ages to arrive. The swimming suite was not as advertised and although it was my size, the item looked awful and I emailed them saying that I wanted to return the item and I wanted it refunded. They wrote back to me saying that I should donate the item and get a different size but I had to pay for the postage £9.99.
I said that I wanted to return the item and a refund, unfortunately they haven't responded, and there's no way I can get my money back. £38 in the bin. Please don't order from these guys. They are scammer.

Took 2 weeks to deliver and when the fleece jacket arrived it was too small despite the inner label stating “L” Poor quality and no washing instructions. No response to wanting it returned and my payment refunded. I will never buy clothing online again.

Service irréprochable du début à la fin. Articles bien taillés et conformes à mes attentes. Je n'hésiterai pas à commander à nouveau.

C'est une belle expérience d'achat, la livraison a été rapide et les articles étaient bien emballés. Les mensurations concordent parfaitement avec le guide de taille qui était proposé sur le site.

An absolute scam. Delivery took nearly 4 weeks. I ordered a 2xXL as i wanted a loose wear, japenese style. I received what's feel like a Small. The trouser is not as advertised, the fabrique is cheap and unwearable. DO NOT ORDER = SCAM

Ordered a dress from Velclaire Mode (named as "Short strapless satin draped cocktail dress with mermaid silhouette") and received what honestly looks like a cheap SHEIN-quality knockoff that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the photos advertised on their website.
The material is extremely cheap synthetic fabric, the fit and design are completely different, and the overall quality is terrible compared to what was shown online. The website looks professional and legitimate, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. After looking into it further I found multiple reviews from other customers describing the exact same issue: products arriving completely different from the pictures and poor customer service/refund experiences. I have photo evidence, screenshots of the original listing, and proof of purchase. Be very very careful before ordering from this site.

Their website indicates clearly on their main page, in the FAQ, that return shipping is free. However, when asking to return a product (order #1424), you end up talking to a script which ignores what you say and only offers partial reimbursements (first 10%, then 15%, then 50%) instead of following their policy. They claim that returns are to be paid by the customer and that they cost about $40, almost as much as the product.
Plus, the received product was nothing like the one shown on the website: the color and fit were completely different, and it was 100% polyester instead of 100% cotton.
