If I could give no star's I would avoid this company they are selling fake items

ordered over 7 months ago emailed over 10 times still nothing.
Worst company ever used online.

Still waiting on product. It's been 8 weeks since I ordered.

I ordered a product from them in December 2024. They claimed it was delivered on the 4th of January 2025. This is not the case. I have cctv as proof of no deliveries. Their customers service is shocking. They're as helpful as a rock.

This company is a fraud!! I’ve been waiting for my order for over 3 months!! They send you numerous emails telling you there is a delay and then they are out of stock. The emails are sent to make it seem as they are providing customer service. It’s a scam to take your money and never deliver. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM VELISY!!

First of all 2 months waiting for my first order. Second of all, when it arrived, one bottle was legit wet and half open so my perfume literally spilled out in minutes while it was lying in my purse. Third of all, it supposed to stay on your skin for 12 hours, where I could barely sense it after stronger wind blow, 2h max if i stayed home. And fourth of all, I canceled the subscription for next orders but money was still taken from my account and the perfume was sent. I texted velisy to cancel it and send me back my money because I don't want it. No respond so far. Will see if I even get that order at all.

I'm so disappointed. What a horrible company

Worst perfume ever. It doesn't work like advertised. It doesn't attract even a dog, or any other animal or human. Not worth what I paid for it. You can barely smell it at ALL.

On the 6th of June, I wrote here a review that they never sent the products nor refunded the money, and stopped replying after I asked for a refund. After all, they did send me the products a week ago. The products were 2 months late. The products were as described on the website and in good condition. I was quite surprised they delivered. However, I would not recommend ordering here, because I guess most people don't get the products, or you need to wait a long time and it is not sure if you get them. Also, the products are similar to products you can order e.g. from Amazon or Temu.

Do not believe the hype. My order number number #1555.1

There are some vital points in the marketing that you need to know. I ordered these (order believing that all I had to do was slap the patch on 30 minutes before bedtime and off I go. NOT THE CASE. Side effects are headache nausea and would you believe INSOMNIA.

I wrote asking for a refund (100% guarantee plastered over their advert) expecting a no quibble return and refund process. The reply was most revealing (by the way there was no info leaflet with the product as they state)

Apparently there are several things you have to do to “guarantee” them working, here is their response once I advised about nasty side effects and them not working and requesting a refund:

- Do not apply the patches right before going to sleep; apply them exactly 30 minutes before going to bed.
- Try to stay as relaxed as possible, maybe by drinking a herbal tea (no caffeine or sugar), reading a book, or watching some TV during the 30 minutes before you go to sleep.
- Do not use any phone during the 30 minutes of patch application.
- Maintain a good temperature in your room(around 20°)
- Additionally, with our patches, you received a manual with some tips for achieving better sleep. You should find it in your email. If you can't find it, feel free to write to us, and I'll send it to you.

You are not alone; some customers, like you, do not achieve results from the first use, but with a little patience and by following our advice, we assure you that you will start to see the effects!

I JUST WANTED A REFUND!

So beware, these do not work as advertised. Refund received less postage but they didn’t want them returning.

Same complaint as everyone else. Ordered April 16th, tracking has been stuck at same spot since April 23rd. I have emailed 4 times to inquire and they replied to 3 out of the 4 with apologies and promises to expedite shipping. Also said I would receive a full refund if necessary. I sent an email again on June 8th saying I still hadnt received anything and would like a refund. And no reply. Also I keep getting emails from the company trying to sell me other things, plus one to review the product I never received! Do not order from this company!

Scam company. They will take your money and not send anything or give refunds. Loads of comments on social media saying the same thing. Do not order from them!

Worst company ever, ordered on their website, never got the product nor money back. I’ve send them 2 emails already. Will talk with my lawyer about this cause I’m not the only one and they can’t just do whatever they want .

I emailed 3 times about wanting to cancel the order and they never responded. My credit card was charged, but I never received the product. They list a phone number but they don't answer their calls. Ever. They only reached out to me via email to tell me they couldn't grant me a return because the period had passed - WHAT?! You didn't respond for 3 months!! And I don't have any product! FRAUD!!! BEWARE!

Wish I d read reviews in trust pilot. Never received order :(

Never received my order.. they seem really indifferent with their customers and has no intentions to solve the issues for real. All talk, no action!

MIGHT BE A SCAM!!! Nov. 23 I paid the item I purchased and until now I haven’t received it yet. I wrote them 3 emails already but they just don’t respond. I tracked my order and it says that it has been sent to me but I did not receive anything! So tell me??? I definitely would want a refund!
