Fantastic great people

Excellent service from Adam, easy going, honest, & helpful feedback about the car (Golf MK5 GTI). no pressure to buy but on hand to provide answers to all my questions. Would deal with again. Highly recommended.

Adam is such an amazing person. Very personable, handsome, respectful and friendly. He took his through the process and was extremely helpful. Will definitely be doing business with him again and also recommend him to our family and friends.

Really helpful - had my finance sorted with a broker who I didnt realise was charging me £300 to use their services. Adam informed me of this and sorted out my finance for me with their inhouse finance team and was able to get my finance sorted and got me a better rate than the broker. Really would recommend to everyone

No pressure to buy any cars, let us look at the car freely. even let us go on a test drive alone as the car was a 2 seater.

Had a really good experience buying my car from here. Staff were easy to deal with and not too pushy, which made the whole process simple. The car was exactly how it was described and in great condition. Everything was straightforward with no hidden surprises, and the whole process was quick and stress-free. Highly recommend!

0 Stars - Absolute Nightmare Experience

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. Two weeks ago, they won the bid for my car on Carwow, and it has been a complete disaster ever since. After initially contacting me to arrange a pickup, they cancelled at the very last minute. I then heard absolutely nothing for days. When they finally did get back to me, they suggested picking the car up between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM—completely ignoring the fact that people actually work and have lives.

The lack of communication is staggering. I spent an entire week trying to reach them, but they intentionally ignored every single one of my messages and calls. It got so ridiculous that I had to use my work phone to call them; surprise, surprise, they picked up immediately when they didn't recognize the number.

To make matters worse, a representative named Adam lied to me over the phone, claiming that *I* was the one who cancelled the sale. This was a blatant lie, especially since I had been in constant contact with Carwow and the company itself confirming interest. They promised to pick up the car this Wednesday but never provided a time. I stayed in all day waiting, and once again, they ignored multiple phone calls.

I have now officially cancelled the sale and reported this unacceptable behavior to Carwow. They should not be allowed on the platform. All they have done is mess me about and waste my time. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Great experience buying a Golf GTI from Adam recently. There are always lots of questions to ask when buying an older car, or small issues to fix. Adam handled everything brilliantly and has gone the extra mile. Great car and a great buying experience. I don’t normally post reviews but these guys deserve it!

I just purchased an F82 BMW M4 from Adam at Velocity Autohaus. From the very start, Adam’s communication was on point, he answered all my questions throughout the process and nothing was ever too much. I first travelled down to see the car and the only day I get off is Sunday, Adam made sure he was available. Once I had reserved the car, Adam made sure he was available at 8:30 for me to travel and collect the car (there was even enough fuel in the car to get back). I had some questions post-sale and Adam came back to me with answers every single time. To some people, buying a £25k+ car is nothing but for me, this was a bucket list moment and Adam ensured this moment was truly memorable.
