Stop trying to charge me usd for a product I don’t want

This product does not work at all. It is a gimmick do not order any of this and then they make you pay on a subscription. So they sent me two pieces of soap that did not work. I canceled my subscription and I still did not get a refund and even after I canceled the subscription they sent me the item I guess so they can keep the $23 you not buy this. This is a gimmick. They will not give you a refund and the sold does not work at all!!

Keep well away from this company!!!! you put 1 product then they have your card details and charge you every month without your permission they have charged me for the past 7 months ! They ignore every email they are an absolute disgrace of a store. They are thieves and liars KEEP WELL AWAY

The product did not work as advertised and they kept sending me more product that I didn't want and taking money from my account even though I emailed them to cancel and recieved a reply only to find more money gone from my account the next month Do not buy from this company !

Scam company. Avoid. Purchased a one off item last summer from them via Instagram. Almost a year later they have set up a subscription without any communication or authorisation and taken money from my account. Emailed their customer support and got a bounce back email saying my email was rejected. My bank advised it’s now been set up as a subscription. Absolute scam.

Scam! Like the others said they keep charging your card, I have contacted my bank and they cant do anything because: I supposedly validated my card information.
Unable to reach this fraudulent company, so stay away!

They pushed an order out of nowhere. Very shady business.

Do not sign up or use this service. They will not remove your personal address information and debit card information from their site regardless how many times you email them. I deactivated their subscription and it was reactivated without my authorization and knowledge a couple months later. My card was then charged again after they fraudulently reactivated my subscription. I emailed about the transaction and they sent a generic message stating it was a technical error and that I would receive a refund. I emailed them a couple more times requesting to remove my address information and debit card information from their website and I never got a response back. Your bank may not be able to block this specific merchant as well from repeatedly charging your card. I had to deactivate my current debit card and reorder another one. Beware of this scam at all cost.

I did and I regret it.
Ever since that order they have tried to charge my credit card every month several times.

Purchased the soap which is advertised to reverse grey hair within three weeks.
It does not work! It is false advertising!
Not only that, the kept taking money from my account, I went on their site and made sure I cancelled the subscription which I never signed up to however, Here I am 30 days later and they have tried to take money from my account again.
Scammers! Stay away!

Scam of a company. Signed me up to a subscription, which I never agreed to, cancelled immediately, and then took money from my account again. Sent email to complain and told it was a technical issue and a refund will be issued, still waiting. Do not give these people your hard earned cash!

I bought some Grey Gone Soap, which doesn't work. That's bad enough, however I did not want a subscription, and did not set one up. I then received an email saying I now had a subscription! I emailed them and got a response confirming that the subscription was set up in error in and had been cancelled. This was way back in March 2025.
August 2025, they charged my account. I emailed them demanding an explanation, which they blamed on a 3rd party and said the refund would be coming.
The refund did not come, and another 3 bars of useless soap have arrived.

If you have ever bought anything from Veloravibe, call your bank, and make sure they put a block on their account.

These people are criminals.

Took money from me after I cancelled my subscription. Then sent a generic email blaming a third party for the error and promising a refund. Still waiting for my money back. Not responding to further emails. Despite cancelling my subscription and account they have kept my bank details on file. Not to be trusted under any circumstances

They are scammers they are taking money from account without consent. They need to be sued to legal department and send to jail.

Must be in very small print somewhere that if you purchase once they charge monthly and send you the same order back out without the discount. Then a real hassle to stop it.

Fraud! They tried to steal money every month from you bank card.

Very bad experience with this company , selling soap with a hidden way of sending you vey bad product … they are saying that they are taking care the shipment back if you are not satisfied , with a lifetime guarantee .. they sent me product every month but I only wish to receive one for a try .. I have spent around 100 euros and now that I’m trying to get in contact with them , I have no news of course .. don’t buy this product !! On Amazon’s or instagram , it’s a scam !
