I ordered a bracelet from this company. It came with a fault on chain. Company responded right away after I emailed.
Paid for return postage and sent New bracelet. Kept me informed throughout.
Have had previous dealings with Vememo and would recommend them.

They are a good company, they respond quickly to messages, and the products are a 10.

I rarely write reviews, but this company truly deserves one.

From start to finish, their customer service and after-sales support have been exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. I went to their physical store and fell in love with a black bracelet there, but it was out of stock tho. DM’s them on Instagram when I got home, and they replied pretty fast and told me it was still on their website. Ended up getting 2 for my boyfriend in memory of his last mom… he almost cried😭
Package came super quick, and the gift boxes were SO cute btw🫶 I just took them out of the shipping box and gave them straight away

My husband bought me a custom personalized necklace with a photo of my dog hat had just past .I received it and am unable to see my dog without putting it through my phone .contacted them and they were not interested and practically called my husband a liar and we’re not going to do anything about it so now I have been wearing it the past two weeks and it as gone very tarnished. so poorly made please do not purchase . Wish I could put a photo on of how badly tarnished it is. Very upset

Absolutely appalling company, stay well clear.

Purchased a bracelet (obviously plated for £32ish) less than 15 days the plating had worn away in this time - I was gutted as it was a lovely little bracelet, with a picture of my pup whi I'd just lost. So I requested a refund only to receive the following.

Hello, the plating should not come off this quickly unless it has been exposed to water or sweat. As you can see the details of product page, the bracelet is made of Brass. And on page 6 of our instruction manual in the parcel, it also states that it should not be exposed to water or sweat, as Brass will only discolor when it comes into contact with water or sweat.

Please note this business is NOT in Cambridge as advertised on their website!!! They ship from CHINA!!! Really unhappy with this company, avoid them, the same goods can be bought from cheaper "china" based companies so don't order if you wish to recieve the goods within a UK based company shipping service!! They are based in CHINA but hide behind a UK address to mislead you

I feel silly now as I struggled to see the image of my 2 fur babies in the bracelet. Both my babies passed away awhile ago and I wanted a reminder of them. I emailed customer services who explained how to look through the bracelet and now I feel comforted by wearing a photo of them on my wrist

I ordered a bracelet from Vememo, and sent a picture of my dog which i had recently lost. The info regarding shipping ect was sent via email and I was updated the entire time. The bracelet arrived very quickly and was exactly as described on the website so I was extremely happy with my purchase.
When I tried the bracelet on however although it was adjustable it was too large for my wrist.
I contacted Vememo customer service via email and advised them of this to see if I could return the bracelet and in exchange get a necklace instead.
Due to the personal nature of the bracelet and it being made with my dogs photo I was advised by Vememo they usually did not accept returns but would see wot they could do.
The next day I received an email stating that they would send me a necklace to replace the bracelet which was too big and I could keep the bracelet with no charge for the necklace.
My necklace arrived within a few days with the photo of my dog and I could not be happier.
Vememo went way above what I would normally expect from any company and I could not recommend them more highly.
Everything from the initial order through to the receiving the my items was exceptional and I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

In today’s economy where finances are limited, choosing a gift for a loved one or friend can be expensive. I was totally impressed with the bracelet I received. The purchase was simple to complete and the quality of the photo contained within the stone was clear and beautiful. The bracelet was very good quality though inexpensive. The customer service in response to my enquiry was prompt and efficient and very friendly. Would certainly purchase from this company again.

This is such a beautiful design. It is such an inspiration to have a store that cares about memories like this. I got two bracelets. They are stunning. I will be buying more and giving the link to friends and fam. I cannot wait to give my mom her bracelet gift with her grandson in the picture to wear every day. Such an original idea. I JUST LOVE IT SO MUCH. Can not stop looking at the picture.

I made a complaint as the product I got incorrect, when I emailed in, the owner replied in such a poor manner, calling me foolish and questioning whether I read the product description, he has sworn via email, called me names throughout the day, it's insane how a business like this operates, please see the images for further evidence, thankfully the bank provided me with a refund, please avoid this scam, the bracelet I bought does not even show the picture which it advertises!!
