I own several pieces from Vendetta Archive but my last overall experience and product were not great. I ordered a product in June/July2025. I know their products can take some time to ship, especially as I am in the U.S. and they are in the U.K. However, by October, I had no updates so reached out. Was told that they were having some issues with the coloring on the product. I waited until December then followed up again and was told that they were still unable to complete the order. I should have taken the refund then. I asked instead if I could choose a different product. Fast forward to June 2026 when I finally received the product after a year. Didn't like it, didn't fit. Asked for a refund and was refused. That is my last time ordering from or recommending Vendetta Archive.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Order since October 31, 2025 and it is now August 6, 2026. Almost a year, no shipping order, and no further updates about the order. Only thing I got was a confirm order email and that's it.

I had tried to reach out through multiple ways, their email are just there for show don't expect a respond and their Instagram page handler don't even care about your messages regarding about your purchase. I can't even dispute the purchase because my time to do so had ran out due to their loonnnnnng promised delivery date but don't even expect to receive a single item.

I had ordered from shop that takes a long time to deliver before because they are "made to order" but those shops actually ship the items and update on your order (Vescartes).

Just stay far away from this shop, or scam set up. Most 5 stars reviews here are clearly bots, just 1 sentence bs. Plus, there are plenty "reviews" out there that literally said this shop is a scam, I should had trusted them before ordering from this shitty scam website...

I ordered the new red Spiderman hoodie, and it was definitely worth it. It took about 20 days to ship from the UK to California, but it got here just in time to be able to plan a photoshoot before the Spiderman BND. I got to do my photos the days before I went and the wait was well worth it. I was worried either the quality wouldn't be as advertised or some issue would happen between shipping, but honestly its a good quality hoodie since its heavyweight and I got updates on where my package was in the process of reaching me. I would attach photos from the shoot if I could but if anything u can js ask me for them.

I ordered a hoodie from them in 2024 and it’s 2026 and they just stopped contacting me completely even though I’ve continued to reach out to them, they deleted my comments on their instagram aswell. DO NOT ORDER

I have been a customer of Vendetta Archive since 2022, and unfortunately my recent experiences have been quite different from the positive experiences I had when I first started ordering from the brand.

When I first ordered in 2022, shipping was relatively quick, communication was clear, and the sizing felt consistent. I still own a medium from that period, and compared to more recent releases, the sizing appears to have changed noticeably. What was previously a true medium now feels closer to a large.

My first concern arose when I ordered a hoodie for my birthday. The item eventually arrived, but it took over six weeks and required me to chase for updates regarding the status of the order.

More recently, my partner placed an order for my birthday in early May. At the time of writing, towards the end of July, the order has still not been received.

When I contacted customer service, there was initially some confusion regarding the tracking information. The tracking showed the parcel as delivered in Birmingham, despite that not being my delivery address. I was first advised that Birmingham was the address attached to the order, but it was later clarified that an error had occurred and that my tracking number had mistakenly been assigned to another customer’s order. I appreciated the acknowledgement and apology for the mistake.

However, communication after that point became difficult. In early June, I was informed that my order should be ready within a few weeks. Since then, I have contacted the company on more than one occasion for an update but have not received a response.

I understand that delays can happen, particularly for independent brands, but regular communication and realistic timeframes are important when customers are spending a significant amount of money. With orders costing around £200, I would expect clearer updates throughout the process.

I have also noticed what feels like a decline in both sizing consistency and garment quality compared to the items I purchased in 2022.

Overall, my experience with Vendetta Archive has been disappointing compared to the high standard that originally made me a returning customer. While I still appreciate the brand’s designs, I hope improvements can be made to communication, order fulfilment, and consistency going forward.

Ordered a pair of jeans in March, it is now almost August. I keep getting fobbed off, being told there are issues with the manufacturer but that it has been moved over and the issue will be resolved shortly and the jeans will soon be delivered. Every time I get told the same thing, that they’re almost here. Every month I email and get told a repeat. It’s a joke. I ordered these for my birthday in April, it’s now almost August and I’m literally moving out the country. They have done nothing in terms of compensation for a beyond a joke wait time, just telling me the same thing over and over.

Ordered a ghost face tapestry hoodie, it turned up within a week of ordering and the quality is absolutely insane 🔥

You can clearly see the amount of work put into the pieces and just have to trust the order process and timing they recommend as you will not be disappointed, will be ordering again 👌

Bought the new stone washed red webbed collection hoodie, it is insanely comfortable and the detail is crazy even small things like the zip.

I will say the item quality is perfect and had there not have been so many issues it would have been an immediate 5 star. However, the singular pair of shorts I ordered took a shocking 7 and a half months to arrive. I also found I was repeatedly ignored by the owner, and I had to comment on the Instagram posts in order to get a response. Furthermore, I bought this item in the black Friday deal, where I was sold a free tote bag with my purchase, however, the owner messaged saying they were unable to post the tote bag, which after 7 months of waiting was very disappointing. Overall, it was a pretty terrible experience, although I reiterate that the item itself is of great quality.

By far one of my favourite clothing brands, from the attention to detail on not just the clothing pieces themselves but the packaging as well. Levelling up drop after drop, genuinely such an incredible brand and I love everything about it. The clothes are such good quality and flawless for the price you pay you really do get what you paid for and more. I love everything about their vision for fashion.

Also I’d like to say to the people complaining about how long the orders are taking. Please remember this is a smaller business and the pieces are CUSTOM MADE, if you do not understand why that would take a while to make bare in mind they’re made to order then do not order one and complain about the wait time!!!!

Went to the store in Brick Lane and was met with nothing but great customer service. The clothes are incredible and the creator is genuinely one of the most down to earth guys. Rarely do I love brand new clothes and this was the exception. Bought 2 jackets a shirt and jeans and would 100% travel across the world again to visit!

Beautiful work, love the hoodie. I Definitely can understand why it takes awhile but well worth the wait.

I’ve been following Ajs brand for quite some time now and finally had the opportunity to see him in person at brick lane in London.

I really enjoy small businesses, especially when you can see the hard work that goes into it. Love this brand. If you want something different and of good quality, I very much recommend going to he’s store or visiting he’s website.

Insane quality, they do take a while to arrive as they are all handmade but its worth the wait! Never had any issues with them and ive ordered 3 times now. Customer service is good too theyanswer any questions you might have and are super friendly.

Ordered a Ferrari tapestry hoodies last year and finally received it recently. I wanted to leave an honest review because the experience had both positives and negatives.

The biggest downside was definitely the production timeline. The order took far longer than originally expected and there were multiple delays/pushed back completion dates throughout the process. That part was frustrating at times.

That being said, communication was always consistent. Every time I reached out I received a reply and updates, which I genuinely appreciated, especially from a smaller independent brand.

Most importantly, the actual product quality is incredible. The craftsmanship and detail on the hoodie are genuinely top tier and you can tell a huge amount of work went into making it. It’s honestly one of the coolest pieces I own.

In the end, while the wait was much longer than expected at nine months, the team did communicate throughout and also provided a partial refund for the delays, which I appreciated.

If you’re ordering from Vendetta Archive, my advice would simply be: expect long production times, but the final product quality is genuinely excellent

Garms are premium quality and worth the wait. Great price for the time and effort put into hand making each piece. A month sometimes but the guys are very upfront and honest about the time taken. It’s not an easy process, real time is put into each piece and it shows 🔥
