I ordered the most amazing full tapestry hoodie and it’s my favourite bit of clothing I own. To be honest I was worried at first as in the end it took 13 weeks to come but I emailed them throughout that time and they were very good at responding to me. It’s so worth the wait, I can’t stress that enough. I’m constantly asked where I got the hoodie from and I’m very happy to share their instagram, I do always warn people about the long wait but as I’ve already stated - I’d have waited even longer for it, it’s that good. 5 stars all round.

Great company, great owners! I’ve ordered a jumper and a T-shirt from them, both great durability on the tapestry!

I ordered a Berserk-themed sweatshirt on October 6th, 2023. I was excited because it was meant to be a group gift for a friend who is obsessed with Berserk, and we were thrilled to have found such a perfect present.

However, things didn’t go as planned. At the time of purchase, the creation + delivery time specified was 3-5 weeks. However, I found out that it would have taken 3 months after contacting the company for an update. We were embarrassed and ended up with nothing to give him but a note saying, “Your gift will arrive at Christmas, we’re very sorry.”

But the situation got worse. The tracking information showed that the delivery was scheduled for Monday, December 11th, and the package was marked as "delivered." Since I hadn’t received anything, I wrote to ask for an explanation.

They only replied 1 month later, saying the package had been returned to them due to a failed delivery attempt and asked me to confirm my address so they could arrange another shipment. I responded immediately, but I never heard back. I've sent multiple emails since then, and now, 9 months later, I still haven’t received a response or a refund for the 192€ spent. I feel bad because all my friends keep asking for updates and wondering if they’ll get their money back. And of course everyone is very frustrated about having to find individual backup gifts months later!!

This has definitely been my worst online shopping experience ever. Do not buy from Vendetta, they clearly have no respect for their customers.

I absolutely love my handcrafted tapestry hoodie! It is so beautiful and can easily be named as my favorite hoodie that I own. They took their time with my piece and it really shows. I will be buying another piece from this brand soon! ♥️

It took a week longer than expected but was worth the wait

Imbarazzanti, ho pagato (tanto) per il prodotto a fine marzo, mi è arrivato ad inizio agosto (sul sito specificavano che essendo uno small business potevano impiegarci fino alle 5 settimane, non 19 come è stato!!!). Sono pure abbastanza convinta che mi abbiano mandato il prodotto solo dopo le mie ripetute mail inviate per mesi, alle quali inizialmente nemmeno rispondevano e poi si sono scusati dicendo "il servizio clienti era in down", questo perché il tracking del pacco tramite Royal Mail è stato fermo da "etichetta creata" (ma merce ancora non consegnata al vettore) a merce nelle mani del vettore da Aprile a Luglio. Inoltre quando effettivamente avevano spedito il pacco non si sono nemmeno degnati di comunicarmelo, mi è arrivato a casa e c'erano pure ulteriori 30€ di spese di dogana da pagare. La felpa è bella ma non vale i soldi spesi né tantomeno di finanziare questa azienda. Nel loro Instagram è pieno di commenti di persone che non hanno ricevuto la merce e non ottengono risposte ai reclami.

I think my scream corset from this company might be my most prized possession. I’m absolutely obsessed with everything about it. A few other reviews mention the time it takes for these to be made, but before buying it does state when these should be expected to be made, and they are super responsive on both email and social media so I had no problem waiting for it as it is made custom to what you order. I couldn’t recommend anything more than this and I can’t wait until I can afford to buy some more.

To get to me in the uk it took them 5 months. When contacted they said nonsense about it being lost, about it being shipped soon. Couldn't make their mind up. The quality is absolutely dreadful! Threads coning out everywhere. Just the hoodie I'm general, wonky sleeves, not sewn right. One sleeve bigger then the other. For the price and the quality it's so bad. I would never recommend. Had mine for around a month and the tapestry started to have threads to. Now I've thrown them away. Don't waste your money on them. As nice as the pictures look. Expect the worst quality!

Bought the Van Gogh hoodie, love it, it is like wear a piece of art. The delivery from UK to Singapore was flawless and looking forward to more artistic pieces from this company. Trustworthy and top quality products.

The best pair of tapestry pants you’ll find on the internet. I get nonstop compliments walking the streets of New York and people always take pictures of me and ask where they’re from. I’ve had them for about 3 years and they’ve still held up! Thanks to them for being awesome!

Purchased a sweatshirt in early 2022 and Its one of the best things Ive ever gotten. Its such a unique and beautiful piece Im obsessed. The shipping was fast, no problem whatsoever with that. (Had to change the date to some random one in order to leave my review)

EDIT: I finally received the parcel 8 weeks after I ordered, the customer service team finally got back after they seen the review below and said the customer service has been down that’s why no one has been in touch… the quality is really good and I am happy with the product but wasn’t worth the hassle to be honest and customer service is quite bad so I am still quite disappointed in my experience with this company

I ordered a £70 jumper for a gift for my friends birthday and paid an extra £5 for 48 hour tracked delivery on the 13th May - it’s now the 8th of June, 3 emails to the company and 2 instagram direct messages and not a single reply with an update and no delivery in sight. Don’t order with them, have seen others saying it’s a scam and it’s really disappointing, I totally understand delays etc but to not even have someone communicate that is really frustrating as especially since it’s not for me it was a gift for someone’s birthday which was a month ago now. What’s even more annoying is them constantly posting about new launches and being active on instagram so my messages and emails are clearly just being ignored - really bad customer service

Great hoodie, one of the most unique peices of clothing i own and it looks really good! Gotten a compliment everytime i've worn it.

One of the best companies i have ever bought from. The tapestry they use is so unique. All my friends always ask me where i got it from. I love so much that it’s a small business that handcraft these products locally in the UK. The wait time does take awhile however it is definitely worth it. Will be buying again for sure
