Brilliant company. sent my phone off, they recieved it and paid me the original quote of £550 plus £10 for postage costs the same day. Other phone selling sites I’ve used try mess you about with a lower quote/delay sending payments. 10/10 recommend:)

I have always both bought from you and sold phones to you, and I have consistently been satisfied with your service. I have also recommended you to many others because of my positive experience.
However, this time I was unable to find the original purchase invoice quickly enough to send it to you, and as a result, £30 was deducted from the amount. I found this quite upsetting and disappointing, especially considering my long-standing trust and previous positive experiences with your company.

Many other phone recycling companies are scams. My own experience was this one isn't.

I was a little dubious about selling an expensive device through the post but after reading the reviews I thought I would go for it.
Vendi explained the process, which was very simple. The price offered was more than I expected.
I posted it next day special delivery and within a few hours of them receiving it I had an email saying transaction completed and paid.
Extremely quick and easy.
