Got fooled by the website and paid £45 for 3 pairs. Turns out the items are extremely poor quality, horrible fabric. They agreed for return however it cost me £12.50 to send to China. I posted 8th Sep... Toon meer

Very easy ordering and delivery process. These are the only firming pants that do NOT roll down. Comfortable to wear and I feel a difference from wearing them. Will definitely order more.

Terrible company
Bought some shapeware from the company. Firstly, took forever to arrive - didn't realise that it ships from Wuhan, China! Secondly, they offer a '30 day satisfaction guarantee' and they say on their website 'Not happy? Return within 30 days and get your money back'. I have now twice requested to return the items, only for the reply to say 'we understand you want to exchange the products' and not respond to my question about the address I can mail the items back to. I have sent my request a third time but I am not holding my breath. It seems like a scam - save your money and don't order. The product is very low quality, there are loose threads, and the leg opening is extremely small. Most importantly, don't believe their warranty - you can't claim on it!

Not bad but not great
Garments took a while to arrive as they were shipped directly from China (I suspect this may be 'dropshipping') although tracking information and automated email updates were good. Fit was OK although waist not high enough and rolled down a little. The overall quality was OK but not great and the product did hold my tummy in as promised but it had the word 'Lucky' embroidered on the front which was not featured in the advertising images and seemed a little strange. Even at the discounted price that I paid I still feel that the items were overpriced. Don't think I would order from here again.
