Gli oggetti acquistati sono bellissimi e la signora che corrisponde via mail molto professionale e disponibile. Il motore del sito ha mostrato alcune problematiche temporanee anche nel l’interfaccia con paypal.
Complimenti per le belle cose che promuovete.

Très content de l'icône achetée sur le site et par la rapidité de la livraison.
En revanche, c'est dommage en 2023 qu'un site marchand, meme d'art artisanal, ne propose pas de moyen de paiement en ligne et qu'il faille faire un virement bancaire.
Pas de réponse reçue de ma demande de confirmation de réception du virement.
Au final, et c'est le plus important, un site fiable avec de beaux produits.

En ce qui concerne le mode de paiement, nous avons toujours accepté les paiements par carte de crédit et PayPal que le client choisit lors du choix du produit. Concernant le virement bancaire que vous avez effectué, nous vous avons envoyé des e-mails de confirmation qui peut-être ... auraient pu se retrouver dans votre filtre anti-spam ? De plus, lors de l'envoi du produit, nous demandons au Courrier de notifier l'envoi et il devrait également avoir reçu ces communications. Meilleures salutations de Venise!
Truely original Venice products
In Venice I found a workshop that was specialized in maintenance for boats/ gondolas in the city. However there was nobody present at the store. By using google I found this online opportunity to buy a scale model of a forcole. The pictures were very clear and there was enough info about the product(s). When I ordered the scale model the process was simple and trustworthy. Af few days later the package arrived without damage. There was also the opportunity to track the shipment, so no unexpected surprises.

Second order and again great! Faster than I was expecting, great communication and they will do more than they have to. Btw, the quality of the products is better than it looks in the photos or in the description. Nothing like "aliexpress quality"! Really great and recommended!
