We love this platform, and recommend it 1000% to anyone. It's perfect to create amazing material, especially with so many design features. The team features & sharing options are incredibly convenient. Other platforms may be a tiny bit cheaper, but are definitely less product, not measuring up to Venngage. The AI design tools with THIS platform make life so much easier and more efficient. It blows the others away. The support team offered a call to do orientation on the platform, and they worked diligently to answer questions, ensuring a complete understanding, maximizing business in a way that exceeds client expectations! What it doesn’t scream—whisper, hint, mumble, or even cough—is that your “unlimited” experience is actually governed by a credit system tucked away in a help‑center article like a raccoon hiding stolen snacks.

Hope you enjoyed that micro‑adjustment because your “unlimited” plan just turned into “unlimited… until you run out of the secret currency we didn’t tell you about.”

It’s like buying a car advertised with “Unlimited Miles!” and then discovering the fine print: “Each mile requires a Mile Credit™. Credits sold separately. Good luck.”

The best part? Venngage makes zero mention of this credit system on its pricing page. Not a footnote. Not an asterisk. Not even a suspiciously vague sentence like “features may vary depending on cosmic alignment.” Just a big shiny promise of unlimited designs—followed by a surprise mechanic worthy of a mobile game trying to sell you gems.

If you enjoy being ambushed by hidden limitations, Venngage is a thrill ride. If you prefer transparency, honesty, or not feeling like you’ve been tricked by a digital carnival barker, maybe look elsewhere.

I had an outstanding customer support experience with Joseph L. at Venngage! In today's world of automated responses and chatbots, it was incredibly refreshing to speak with a real person who genuinely listened and understood exactly what I needed. Joseph was professional, courteous, patient, and resolved every one of my issues quickly and efficiently. I also can't say enough good things about the Venngage platform itself. Venngage has been great to work with. I have been using their software for a few years now. The templates are easy to use and change to fit my needs. I always get rave reviews when I use their software to present our annual report. I recently upgraded to the business level and it was worth it! Now I can make my own brand kit which makes it easier to use the colors and fonts I need instead of searching them up each time I need them. I will keep using this software for the rest of my career. It is one of the funnest parts of my job.

I had a very positive experience with Venngage Support. I was accidentally charged for an additional Business Monthly subscription, and Joseph from the support team handled the issue quickly and professionally.

The subscription was corrected back to a single license, the overcharges were fully refunded, and everything was clearly explained with receipts provided for my records.

Excellent customer service, fast response times, and very professional support throughout the process. Thank you again to Joseph and the Venngage team for resolving the issue smoothly.

I contacted customer support and received a response the same day, which was impressive since most companies take at least 48 hours to reply. I heard back from a customer support representative within an hour.

Krystine was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting with moving one person from one team to another. I did not have all the information regarding who was on which team or who the team owner was, which resulted in some back-and-forth emails. Despite that, Krystine remained kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process.

The few times I have needed to contact Venngage’s customer support, the representatives have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. Their customer support team is truly outstanding!

To begin with, Venngage has a great product - an AI system to create posters which actually works and works well. There are other companies out there who have similar systems but in my experience this system works much much better than all of the other ones.

But what makes this product even more amazing is the company behind it. They are genuinely great people and they have gone above and beyond to help us.

Therefore, I highly recommend this AI platform to you. Not only will you be purchasing a product, but you will be using a system created by good and receptive people who will be there for you throughout your project. :)
