THIS IS A MASSIVE SCAM!!!!!!!!
BUT WHY ARE THEY STILL GETTING AWAY WITH IT??????????

This is the biggest scam!!!! I ordered the package for $49, but they took $275 out of my account. I have send them a email regarding this, but it has been months and no one bothers to contact me. To top it all off, I have used my Anti-Wrinkle Complex once, when I wanted to use it for the second time, it was empty. What a scam, I hope no one else buys any veona skincare products!!

I was also scammed, I brought one product which I though was going to cost $49 $AUS, my credit card statement had a deduction of $312.41. I had somehow become a premium member and had purchased the veona - total package. I still have not received my package, but veona have advised that they have cancelled my membership. I am not happy and want a refund.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, they are scammers, I purchased their product for 51 dollars and they took out 312 dollars from my account. I told them to cancel and refund me my money multiple times and they wouldn’t respond to me and they kept sending me automated emails saying I’ll receive the package, come 2 months later I receive the items, they smell so cheap and chemically as if they have filled the tubs up with cheap product, the tablets that came with it , you can tell was just a bottle they grabbed from , labeled it with a cheap label and they capsules are filled with flour.. yes, I opened the capsules and they had FLOUR in them. This company is a rip off , nothing about them is authentic. Please don’t make the same mistake and purchase off them. I even had to cancel my card as soon as I saw them take out 312 dollars.

Fake company my order was 29.99 tried to charge me 176.00 luckily my bank blocked the payment. Fraud team was involved cancelled my card. Avoid this company. Trust pilot also need to make it so we can award no stars

I can’t believe I got scammed- I am usually so careful about this stuff but vanity took over and the testaments of supposed skin care experts and happy customers got the better of me. Like others I thought I was paying $49.95 with free shipping for a trial - I didn’t look to see $312.41 was taken out of my account until it took over 3 weeks to arrive. I have emailed and returned the package and disputed transaction with bank and just hope the cost of the return postage to Singapore is the only money I end up out of pocket but I am worried. Big lesson to remember to do your research before buying anything that promises what I know is impossible without surgery!

I was caught out too they took the £176 out of my card thought I was paying £29.99 I was horrified so got in touch with them had a lot of emails I told them I was sending them back cost nearly £8 with tracking can you imagine the shock when they were delivered back to me this morning after about 2 months marked uncollected what do I do now I have emailed them to ask for label if they want it back I am not paying to send them back again.

Like the other ladies, I thought I was going to pay $49.95. Luckily and just in time I noticed at the bottom that they were going to take out of my credit card over $200!! Do not be scammed by these people. I have asked my bank to block my card.

As with so many others I ordered the introductory product costing £29.95 but the credit card was billed for £176. 71! I have called my credit card company to stop any further attempts to extract payments. The terms and conditions advise that cancellation for a full refund can be made within 30 days so I have emailed the company.

SCAM!!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!!
Buyer beware!! They suck you into buying a A$49.95 product and then charge you A$312.00 ot your Credit Card. These people do not respond to your emails directly and take days to get a response - all sorts of delaying tactics are used!!
They take advantage of vulernable, honest people.

BEWARE!!! This is a complete scam!! Do not buy from this company. The intro pack was meant to be $49 and I have been charged $312 AUD - with no response from the customer service team despite several emails.

Was tempted to order, but alarm bells rang when I noticed that in the advert, the well known Dragons Den team, complete with photos, was now called the Sharks Cage. I googled Veona on Trustpilot and saw the horrific reviews. Beware!

Same experience as other reviews on the website it looks as if the product is 29.95 but ultou get charged for what is apparently a 6 months supply. Tried to stop the payment gointlg through when I realized from the confirmation email. Managed to get 50 percent refund so not buy

Following on from my previous experience with Veona skincare I too was ripped off £176.61

A subsidiary Company bellview.com based in Dublin. after checking around different sites I emailed them with my complaint and dissatisfaction and told them American Express were getting involved too, To my surprise I had a favourable response to my email and complaint and as the promised I had a full refund back onto my credit card within 5 working days: Go for it 😀

I was ripped off by this scamming company. they told me the price was AUD $51 they charged my card AUD$312!! to not buy this product and their misleading ways. its complete theft

I went to order and then noticed that the AU$40 (sale) price was "per step" and there were four steps (moisturiser, eye cream etc) so presume it was going to charge me AU$200.
When I went to check, it was asking me to put in my credit card details without specifying the total amount.
So am giving it a miss!

I thought I was purchasing a product for £29.95 a cream. I then got a message from my online banking that £176.71
Have been debited to my account. I have sent several messages to this company and have received no reply at all. I have just received email to say product despatched again I have written and no reply. This is a scam. Beware!!!

I also ordered ONE jar of cream and found that over AUS$300 had been debited from my credit card. I immediately emailed the support page saying that I had not authorised that amount to be taken out. They wrote back and said the product was on it's way so rather than having to return the goods would I be happy with a 50% refund which I did receive.
Now they tell me that the goods were received by my local Post Office 4 weeks ago. Now I make sure I always, always check reviews before ordering items.

I ordered from this site as an offer priced at 29.95 USD but was charged 176 pounds on my credit card. Do not trust this scam at all, my credit card company wouldn't refund any money as you don't receive any receipt and as I didn't return the items I didn't have any claim, again DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY !!!
