I ordered a two part car seat: cushion and back, and it was specific for a Honda. Only the back part arrived. Useless without the seat cushion and nothing to attach to as it needed the seat cushion . I told them. Their first response was they would send the missing part. Then they changed, and lied, saying I misunderstood and that I had the whole item (I sent photos of just the back part I had received, as they requested) . I sent them a photo of the original item on their web site only to find they had removed it from their web site. Every email was a lie. They finally refunded me but subtracted the shipping cost to return the back part. They said they would send a shipping label. It never came (because they know the back part alone is useless)
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Receiving half of what I ordered is one thing. To then constantly tell lies in every email response is totally unacceptable.

There communications are wanting. The smartwatch I bought was defective.
On my 2nd request for refund & postage paid return envelope. No Response At All

Don't buy anything from them, they are not an honest company. I ordered something from them at the beginning of August and it still hasn't come even though the tracking information says it's been out for delivery since Monday and I keep writing them asking for my money back and they keep blowing me off sending me form letter after form letter please don't use them and don't make the same mistake I did one way or another I will get my money back but it's going to be a pain in the ass so don't do it don't buy anything from them you will regret it

Got fitness tracker that doesn’t work. I have been trying for weeks to return it and get my money back. I get emails saying that I will be sent a shipping label but this has not occurred. I have been begging to let me return the item so that I can get a full refund.

If I could give 0 I would- Stay Away- FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! My child wanted the Paw Patrol Tower- they even have a picture with child playing with this tall tower. They sent a miniature- my remote control is bigger. They are giving me a difficult time for a refund. STAY AWAY!

Scam not the product they advertise.This is criminal fraud and all companies associated should be charged also.Also they say they can't take product back.
