My teacher is knowledgable and prepared each class. Very happy with my online classes. I feel like I am getting more than I would in a 6 week beginner public class because my teacher works with what I already know and no one else.

Verbalicity is a very successful online Spanish course because the teachers are knowledgeable native speakers who are prepared to teach any learning levels. I have freedom to tell my teacher what I want to learn and she focus on my needs.
These are the reasons why I stay with Verbalicity and I don’t want another online course.

Taking Skype lessons with Verbalicity has been a really awesome experience. My teacher is wonderful and I'm really loving the freedom that Skype lessons gives you. Highly recommend it!

I find the adaptation of the teaching method to my learning style and preferences very helpful. I take a class twice a week. The additional resources provided by my teacher are great. Skype connectivity is sometimes an issue, but our change to voice only usually addresses the issues. I highly recommend the service provided by Verbalicity, and especially by my maestra, Carolina.

Great Spanish teacher who prepared for each session with custom content and tracked my progress even when I had a few month gap between lessons.

I am only a few lessons in so far but I am super happy with the experience so far. My instructor, Julia, is excellent and patient. It is a matter of putting in the time on homework and consistently scheduling the lessons. I am currently doing 2 hours a week and it is perfect.

Verbalicity has improved my Spanish more than any other online service I've tried. The prices are affordable, and the 1-on-1 time with a tutor really is the most effective way to master conversational Spanish. In my first 5 months I've grown much more comfortable with syntax and pronunciation. My tutor Julia is fantastic.

I am so grateful to have found Verbalicity. I was nervous for my first Skype call but my teacher was kind and wonderful. I have studied Spanish in many different ways, apps, books, online videos...but now with Verbalicity I have the right structure and method to follow. For the first time I feel it’s possible for me to become fluent. I’ve seen incredible progress so far. My lessons are now totally in Spanish with my teacher and I both speaking Spanish. The homework keeps me focused and I love that I can book appointments when it works for me. Has been an amazing experience!!

I have been with my teacher, Lucy, through Verbalicity for approximately one year. I am so glad I found Verbalicity and feel so fortunate to have Lucy as my teacher. As a company, Verbalicity is extremely flexible and easy to work with. It is my understanding that all of the teachers with Verbalicity are professional teachers and are able to tailor classes according to the student’s level. The different payment options are very reasonable and schedules are made at your own convenience.
Since beginning the one on one Skype classes, my Spanish has improved tremendously. Lucy is a professional instructor in Guatemala and has an enormous amount of experience in teaching at all levels. Classes with her are completely diversified and include improvement in vocabulary, grammar, listening skills and verbal conversations. Learning a new language can be very challenging and does take time and effort. However, with Verbalicity and Lucy, it has been a ton of fun and totally enjoyable. I would highly recommend Verbalicity to anyone who is interested in learning or improving their Spanish!

I have been studying Spanish for quite a few years, and feel that I've made the most progress during the past 18 months of taking private lessons with Carolina through Verbalicity. She is always on time, completely focused on my lesson without distractions, and is an absolutely wonderful teacher. She has that uncommon ability of challenging me to the highest level possible, but knowing how far to go without causing stress or frustration. I love this teacher! As for Verbalicity, the web site is very easy to navigate for getting started on a trial lesson, and buying subsequent lessons, and the monthly emails about lessons used and balance remaining are quite convenient. In my opinion, the lesson prices are completely in line with the product offered. I've tried other Skype lessons through other companies, and feel that Verbalicity is a tremendous value for the cost. I fully recommend it.

My husband and I have loved learning Spanish with Marlin at Verbalicity. She has taken the time to get to know us and we enjoy learning about the culture of Guatemala as well as the language. We always look forward to our conversations with Marlin!

So when learning a new language it's good to have three things. Someone to speak to when you want to practice, things to read, and somewhere to ask questions. My experience with verbalicity has provided me with those three things. The best is that when I am out in my daily life and I have my folks who I can speak Spanish with I can't always learn what I need from the people around me because I can't make everyone my teacher. It's not always appropriate. But with this website and talking with my teacher online the experience is in Spanish about Spanish. My teacher Is a wonderful Guatemalan woman who is fun and knowledgable. And she adapts the classes based off what I want to be learning. And makes suggestions on what I should learn next from what she hears in my Spanish. Much love to you guys!

Above and Beyond

I have to say that I am so pleased with my lessons on Verbalicity. I started my Spanish many years ago and had a lot of time off and was very concerned about getting back into it. These classes are a perfect way to help me in speaking the language. I struggled a lot with being brave enough to speak what I have learned and this was the perfect way for me to do it, one on one and online. I felt safer to begin and have now feel completely comfortable with my instructor to try even when I screw up.

Having a service like verbalicity has been truly an asset to our family. The area we live in within the United States does not offer foreign language classes outside of classroom instruction. In order to master a language, practice needs to occur outside of the classroom. Verbalicity has fully fulfilled our needs and expectations of receiving that extra practice we needed. It also has been truely a joy getting to know our Spanish teacher. My hope is that Verbalicity expands to other languages, as we would sign up again.

I wanted to learn conversational Spanish and found this site. It was so very benificial for me!! I love that my instructor is a native speaker and could get to my level to teach a non-fluent speaker. It was also very convenient to work on homework assignments via email. It was a great investment and I definitely became more confident in my spoken Spanish. Would highly recommend to anyone interested.

This was my first time taking Spanish classes. I wanted to accomplish learning Spanish easy and in the pravicy of my home. Taking the classes are simple via Skype and my instructor was a native speaker. I was able to pronounce the word correctly like a native Spanish speaker and understand the correct verb. After a trip to Guatemala last year I was immediately drawn to the culture and beauty of the Spanish. It only seemed natural to me that I attempted to learn the language. After searching many options ..face to face with Verbalicity was the most ideal way to learn. Julia was amazing and it was really cool she was also teaching from Guatemala.
