Absolutely Worth Every Penny!

I’ve been using my Veria Travel Savvy Duffelpack on multiple trips now, and I couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment I unpacked it, I could tell this bag was thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind. The build quality feels premium, the materials are durable, the stitching feels solid, and the overall finish looks great even after heavy use.

What I love most is how versatile and functional it is. The convertible duffel-to-backpack design makes it perfect for airports, weekend getaways, and even day-to-day use. The internal compartments are practical and roomy without feeling bulky, and I’ve been able to organize my gear (clothes, tech, toiletries, and more) with ease. It’s also surprisingly comfortable to carry even when packed full.

Another nice touch is how well the bag holds up in all kinds of weather the materials give me confidence that my stuff stays protected whether I’m in a plane cabin or walking through a light rain.

Overall, this has quickly become my go-to travel bag. Stylish, sturdy, and highly functional definitely 5 stars from me!

Ordered the Savvy Backpack and the DuffelPack. I use them every day for commuting, the gym, and when I'm flying. Great quality, and I can easily find everything I need in the organized compartments. Coming back for more!

Purchased the backpack / travel bag in December and 45 days later it still has not shipped. With emails stating out of stock. Once I requested a refund, they keep telling me they are working on it. Email returns from this company are slow. The bag was $148. To date, still no refund.

I purchased one of their backpacks for my son and he decided he wanted a different one so I ordered that one. I went to return the first one I bought. I sent pictures of the tags on the product back in the original packaging and the original bag use their label to ship back, I sent a picture of the receipt of dropping it off ups and they still refuse to refund me my $170 worst customer service I’ve ever experienced do not purchase from them if you are not 100% about keeping it or that the person you were buying it for I would like to keep it I will never purchase from them again.

Look at the details and fine print before deciding to make a purchase from this company. The customer service is not terrible, but it’s weak. The products are decent but not worth the high prices. Their empty weight is super heavy- so like I said, definitely check out the specs before purchasing. I couldn’t believe how heavy it was. The return process took over a month and you have to check on your return a couple times to keep the ball rolling. It seems like they are hoping you forget about it. They don’t refund you the high shipping cost either. you could find a very similar product for half the price on Amazon. I found a similar product at Macy’s for 1/3 the price.
Now of course they’re going to have a predictable, transparent response full of fake words to this review, but everything I said above is true.

I ordered a sling shoulder bag from their website that said it was available. The website said that it would ship within 4-6 days. I sent them an email on the 6th day and they said they said they sent me an email days earlier that the product I ordered was not in stock. I never received the email and their website should not have promoted an item that was not available. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Very disappointed.

Background - i ordered 3 backpacks and one travel organizer as gifts for Christmas this year (2025). The three backpacks arrived Christmas eve with no travel bag. I didn't have time to contact them then, so I wrapped the backpacks, broke down the giant box they came in, and contacted their customer service Christmas evening. They asked for a Pic of the package as it was delivered. Because I didn't take a Pic of the giant box with just the backpacks they say there's nothing they can do. I spent over $350 with them and they can't send me the $18 case I ordered and didn't receive. The backpacks are nice but given the experience I've had I'll never recommend them. I should've stuck with the brand name options but I was trying to support a smaller business. I learned my lesson.

I want to be fair and update that while the initial experience was disappointing, Veria did work to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. My husband loves the backpack. It’s still new but seems to be very well made and just what he was looking for.

I was genuinely excited to try this company’s travel backpack. My husband and I have been searching for a high-quality, functional carry-on, and this brand seemed like it would be a great fit.

Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. After placing my order, I was later told there was a “website glitch” that caused them to oversell the item I purchased—despite the product still being actively advertised on their website. I was offered either a refund or a cheaper alternative backpack along with a free organizer to make up for the error.

What made this worse was the timing and follow-through. I wasn’t notified of the issue until well after the stated 4–6 day shipping window had already passed. I was then promised the replacement item would ship within two days, but it didn’t ship for another week. When it finally arrived, the free organizer that was supposed to compensate for the lower-priced item was not included. I received a cheaper product with no explanation and no compensation for the price difference.

I’ve since emailed the company asking them to make this right and have not received a response. Meanwhile, the volume of marketing emails and text ads I continue to receive is excessive—far more communication than I’ve received regarding resolving this issue.

I wanted to love this brand, but between the overselling, delayed communication, unfulfilled promises, and lack of customer service follow-up, this experience has left me very disappointed.

Good quality material and comfortable to either carry on back or in hand. A lot of storage compartments for easy access. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is that it still uses the same old plastic sack like compartment for shoes which takes up too much room in the main storage compartment. Would like to see a separate comportment for shoes that did not impede into the rest of the luggage.

I have bought three bags, backpack islander, backpack islander savvy and the duffel bag. I absolutely love all of them. Trips to the lake, overnight for work, there is one for everything. I am debating on the savvy sling or kayak next. Do yourself a favor and try them out!!!

I bought a back pack in preperation for a trip to Europe. I just got back and the Islanders Savvy, backpack was perfect. I fit everything I needed. It was easy to acess everything quickly. I kept my passport in one of the compartments. It was safe and secure and easy to acess when needed. I love this pack.

My experience with Veria has been great. I received my Savvy Dufflepack promptly. The bag is perfect in terms of workmanship and features. I had a question about the TSA lock and customer service responded in less than 24 hours

Do not buy a bag from them. Their customer service is condescending. I left a very simple facebook review that I was unsatisfied with their return policy. (Cannot return any product without tags attached.) They immediately sent a condescending Facebook message to me. Condescendingly told me I should know if i like it without trying it even just once. Then Deleted my comment. And blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't leave any more poor comments.

They dont want yoi to warn other users that their product isn't everything its hyped to be. And packing videos are misleading about what you can actually fit in the bag.

They are worried about customers returning the bag and them having to throw it away or not being able to resell it because it would be unethical. But blocking and deleting poor reviews of their products they dont see as unethical.

And also, couldn't they donate them as a tax write off?

I didn’t have an issue with ordering backpacks and bags, and I think they’re great quality. My problem was with the “customer service” I had to deal with. I initiated a return for one of the items in my order (I got free shipping with the initial order) and they did eventually respond with a return label and multiple, strict steps to follow in order to send it off. Already felt like they wanted people to make a mistake so they were justified in not sending money back. The UPS return label looked like a reused tracking number when I looked it up, so I couldn’t quite tell if it delivered or not. Fast forward a month and no refund was sent, and because they kept delaying giving me money back from our email exchanges, I actually had to research the contact info for the third-party warehouse company they use to store their backpacks and get them involved in order to receive any refund. Then I found out that even though I received free shipping on the initial order, they will not refund the full price of the backpack I paid because now the order total was less than the free shipping threshold. So they retroactively changed my past order to act as if I paid for shipping when I did not, and they kept refusing to send me the full refund of the backpack that I ordered and sent back. Hidden return policies like this one was never communicated on their website or transparent at any point until these back and forth emails, and they refused to admit they were deceptive and unclear. Truly terrible customer service. If you order from them just make sure you really want what you’re buying so you won’t have to make a return.

My experience with Veria has been horrible! I ordered a backpack on 7/31 and as of late afternoon 8/10 I still have not received the order. I paid $20 for 4-6 days shipping. My communication inquiring about delivery has been met a condescending and dismissive tone. I ordered the backpack in plenty of time in anticipation of two trips and was disappointed it didn’t arrive for either. When I inquired after the first week as to delivery status, I learned it hadn’t even shipped yet and the comment from the company was “… you can look forward to your next trip or spend almost double for express shipping…” when another five days passed, I inquired again only to receive a message “… thank you for reach out to us again…, here is your tracking information…”. When I clicked the tracking link it showed the package hadn’t even been picked up yet! I sent an email back with a copy of the link information and was ignored. I live two states away! My advice, stay away until this company gets their act together!

These people are scam artists and scumbags. When I was buying a backpack and had a question, they responded within an hour. Then after purchase I requested a return, they never got back to me and never sent me a Return Label. I got my credit card company involved and they produced fraudulent paperwork, pretending like they email me back, when they never did. These people are the scum of the Earth, committers of fraud, and their bags are just average and too heavy. Trust me - buy a bag from Travelpro or anywhere else. Terrible company!

The crossbody bag had a defective clasp that won't engage or lock in place. Contacted Veria and provided short video to demonstrate problem. The company makes it difficult and time consuming to return their defective product. My time and money is valuable.

They are selling items that are not in stock and have no idea when they will be able to produce them. I bought a backpack and it’s been almost two months since I ordered it. They offer a refund or a switch to a lower priced bag. Half of the bags they sell are out of stock with no known manufacturing date. If they don’t have the bags in stock they should not continue to sell them. This is a ponzee scheme.
