For over a year, I've explored unsuccessfully different options to reduce the credit debt, improve the credit score to buy a house. I was overwhelmed by not seeing positive results. Then I had a conversation with Jon Goetz that gave me peace of mind I needed. Jon's knowledge, patience and excellent active listening skills were crucial in my decision of trusting Verify Debt Solutions in solving my case. Jon and others on the team communicate proactively and consistently with me at every step of the process and gets one without my approval. So far, I am satisfied and impressed with the Verify Debt Solutions services.
In listening to my goals, Jon put me in contact with Alex, who has a vast and varied experience in mortgages. Alex was super nice as well and listened attentively to my current situation, challenges, needs and goals. Then provided provided me sound advice that's helping me get ready for buying a property.
I believe that is my responsibility as a customer to educate myself on the basics, so that I'm able to identify the expert and prevent getting scammed. And I learned so much on just that first conversation. It's amazing the amount of time and frustration you save yourself by talking to someone with both knowledge and experience!
I was very comfortable in speaking to them about tough issues for me because of their caring, straight forward manner, without a judgemental or sales pitch tone to it. Now I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and feel that thanks to their help, I have a well-rounded, achievable plan to end the vicious cycle I've been trapped on for years.

Brandon Flattmann and Alex were extremely helpful! They assisted me and showed kindness and patience, which is rare today.

It was a great and good conversation with Zack he explained everything to me he took his time even though I didn't get the loan that I wanted but he did and gave me another solution to resolve my depth issue and a time it would take to get me back on my feet so I can pursue to get a loan to continue my goals

They are clear with everything they are doing. Lucas and Daniel made everything clear and answered all my questions and concerns and let me know everything i needed to know and they told me they well take care of my debt with the creditors and fix my credit history like nothing happened

I am revising my review as some things did change after I wrote this review initially.

I had signed up with them last year. I was not initially very happy with them for many reasons. There was very little communication except when there is a "settlement agreement". They are still kinda hard to get ahold of but since Alex has stepped in its gotten a little better. I canceled the program because I was not impressed. The same day the program ended i got a summons from one of the creditors. Not ONE person responded to the notices this company sent and i didn't get ANY notices because they change the info with the creditors to their address in California. Had this company responded to the notices or even communicated with me then i wouldnt of been in that situation. I wouldn't of cancelled initially had I known the summons had been filed.

I had been fighting with this company since September 16th about this summons. I had to re sign up as I was not prepared to handle this at that time. I keep getting told different things everytime I talk to differnt employees. Kim made promises and didn't know what the hell she was doing so it got escalated to Alex who stated he is the director. Alex was the only one who actually was willing, listened and was ultimately able to help me with the issue in the end. They were trying to charge me an additional $500 for this summons for legal fees. This was because I had cancelled the program. Had I not cancelled I wouldn't of been trying to be charged. Prior to Alex getting involved I was told by Kim half the fees were waived. Then I started to work with Alex directly. There was alot of back and forth about this as it was a complex matter. We had to keep going back and forth as i was told after the fact the $500 wasn't waived but a small portion would come out of my monthly payments to pay it with no changes to my contract or amounts. I appreciated that Alex was trying to help me as much as possible and was having to fight against this as well and was doing so on my behalf due to the situation. I was not apart of behind the scenes but he was honest with me as much as he could be. I was told by country wide the DAY OF when the summons had to be responded to telling me I must pay the $500. I immediately got Alex involved who got this corrected and I wasnt charged. In the end Alex did ultimately get the $500 fee waived and we got the matter situated. This situation was beyond frustrating. However, since Alex started to help me directly things have changed for the better. Alex had alot of things going on to fix outside of my issue and has used this experince as training for his employees to ensure it didn't happen to someone else. I truly appreciated that. I truly apprciate Alex as I don't think this would of been resolved without him. He even made sure I had his direct contact so anytime I need anything I can reach out to him directly and responds in a timely manner. Because of Alex I am still enrolled to this day.

Brandon was super helpful in directing me in my debt solutions even though I don’t know to much about social media he walk me through it all.he is very nice and sweet.i would recommend him to other people with no problem he gain my trust for him very quick .the way he spoke was amazing he is great intelegent.hes the best I am glad I answered his call months ago.he sold me thanks Brandon.for caring about me love ya
