Joseph Hernandez was very polite. He took the time to explain everything to me in a nice way. He didn’t get rude during neither one of our conversations on the phone. He made sure he was giving me correct information, even if he had to go ask someone else. He has a great personality.

Speaking with Anthony was truly exceptional. He left me feeling like all my questions and frustrations had been addressed. He is truly a jewel.

Nathan Bush was my agent. He was so very nice and nonjudgmental. He explained the debt relief program very well and the whole process was quick and easy. There’s been such a weight lifted from my shoulders. I’m so very thankful for this program and for Nathan.

“Remember to be honest, helpful and constructive” … if I could give 10 stars (not even trying to exaggerate) I would. And those 10 stars go to Jesus. HOWEVER, can’t say the same for Melissa. If I could give negative stars, I would, experience was literally night and day. Here’s what happened… I RECEIVED a call and it was Melissa, she was rude and speaking over me, didn’t explain anything at all only asked me about the prerequisites, didn’t give me a chance to explain my active debts and what was in collections. And she hung up on me when I tried to explain (WHILE I WAS TALKING).

So I called back and got Jesus. His name matches his personality. The most caring agent I have ever come across. He HEARD me, he LISTENED, he answered ALL my questions and concerns. Took the time to explain who they are and what they do. Looked into my credentials and notified me if it was going to affect my credit (which it didn’t ) eased my mind with who had my information and why they were calling, unlike Melissa with her yes or no questions and disregard. Jesus, truly a Godsend ☺️🫶🏼 THANK YOU for your patience and taking the time to explain what was going on. Greatly appreciate you ! Take notes, Melissa, THATS how you treat people. Thanks guys!

Dung Chau who helped me was amazing!! She was patient, kind and walked me through everything. At the beginning of the call I was flustered and she was so kind. She answered all my questions. She made this experience so easy!!!

My representative Cynthia was very patient and great at listening. She was very polite and explained everything to me in clear and precise statements. I understood what I was signing up for and would deal with Cynthia again.

Verify Debt Solutions Representative Ruben was very sincere in understanding my current outstanding debts situation. I have not been able to rapidly reduce my outstanding obligations. The VDS proposal made good financial sense. They will negotiate a substantial reduction in the outstanding balance due on my obligations to possibly 50%, and stop the interest charges, and thereby start a new lower debt payoff for all the current debt to a monthly amount that is substantialy less than it is now, with a monthly payment that is much lower than I was paying.
