purchased honda jazz 06/01/2026.reported a problem with 1st gear the next day.it is now 09/07/2026 and i am still waiting for a repair.absolutely disgusting service,i now have to take them to court to get redress.enough said.be warned.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I travelled a long distance to collect my car after being assured that drive-away insurance would be arranged, only to discover after leaving dealership that it had been forgotten thanks God I have checked it just in time and parked my car next to dealership by KFC . I was left unable to drive the car away until I arranged my own insurance, causing unnecessary stress and delay and can cause serious consequences for me if I forgot to check.
I also raised concerns about a mileage discrepancy and other issues after the purchase, but despite giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve them, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or any meaningful compensation. As a result, I returned the vehicle.
I expected much better customer service and communication from a main dealership and never had this kind of service before from a main dealership. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations, and I would not recommend them based on how my concerns were handled.

Excellent service from all members of staff. Especially Liam who through his professional mannerism, changed my views of how I felt about the new Aygo Hybrid Design. I was taken on a test drive in the Aygo Sports, which convinced me to change from a Yaris to the new Aygo I have now. Well done Liam and thank you for all your help and advice.

I had been searching for what felt like forever to find a Honda CR-V with exactly the right specification, and I was delighted when I finally came across the perfect vehicle at Vertu Honda Doncaster.

Within minutes of registering my interest online, I received a call from Eddy, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the very start. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process straightforward and enjoyable. A part-exchange valuation for my existing car was agreed over the phone, and at no point did I feel under any pressure to make a decision – something I really appreciated.

As I live more than 150 miles away, viewing the vehicle in person wasn't practical. However, Eddy went above and beyond by preparing a detailed personalised video of the car, which gave me complete confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership. I absolutely love my new used Honda HRV. I’d had my old Honda Civic for 10 years so felt it was time for a change as well as wanting to feel seated a little higher up but wasn’t sure what model HRV I wanted, the young salesman Charlie was so patient and helpful explaining everything from the different models and the hybrid factor to all the modern tech inside as it felt a bit overwhelming at first. 1st class service, thank you very much Charlie x

Had to have some work done on my old car in preparation to move it on. Emma on reception was very helpful with this, and the work was done quickly and efficiently.
Ajay suggested a car he felt would be suitable for me, and arranged a viewing and test drive of new car. The service was personalised and friendly.
I liked the added touch of having my car under a cover when I went in to pick it up. Ajay invited me to pull the cover off and took photos for us.

The service and welcome at the dealership is very good at all times. They are happy to help with information or sort out any problems. The reception staff in Service are friendly and helpful. In Sales we have usually dealt with Ajay who is very helpful too.

After having an excellent experience with repairs/maintenance a couple of weeks ago, and with my MOT due soon, I decided to book my car back here for its MOT.
The booking experience through the website was again top notch. This time the courtesy car was available for the date I wanted, so I decided to give it a try — as I'm on the other side of Doncaster, I had used a taxi last time. The courtesy car turned out to be a cheaper and more convenient option.
Getting the courtesy car was easy. Emma sent over the documentation to sign. The policy wasn't a huge amount of text, so it didn't take long to read through the terms and sign. She asked if I had driven an automatic before, which I hadn't. She kindly arranged for her service manager (I didn't catch his name, but he was a nice bloke) to walk me through it, and he was very patient as I got to grips with it.
The car itself was really nice — a 2023 Honda HR-V Elegance Hybrid. Though not explicitly stated on the website, those with an automatic-only licence can still use the courtesy car, as it is an automatic. It was much nicer than my own car! Easy to drive, and even though it was bigger than mine, it has sensors and cameras to help with parking, so the size wasn't an issue.
I'll definitely use this service again and would recommend the courtesy car, as it allowed me to carry on with my day without interruption.
