My husband and I only went in to test drive and ended up signing a deal there and then. Ben was polite, knowledgeable and never pushy! Not once did we feel any pressure to make a decision even though we ended up in a situation of another couple wanting to buy the car. He just made us aware and said that we had first choice.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience at first as we did have an appointment with another sales person but Ben approached us even though you would have clearly seen on our faces we were not happy and he managed to turn the whole experience around.
A real credit to the team and a great salesman!

Land Rover Taunton - John, Harriet and General Manager Paul all made us feel very comfortable at this dealership they were very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all like the usual ‘sales people’ you find at most dealerships. We were given all the time we needed without being rushed, in fact we spent several hours there, and never felt under any pressure to buy. As a result of the way we were treated by all the terrific staff, we did buy a vehicle and even enjoyed spending more than I intended to! 😀 Great dealership with great staff, well done to all of them.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience right through from initial arrival at showroom through to the actual collection of the vehicle at a time that was convenient to us.
Dee the salesman we dealt with was calm not pushy and gave us all the time and consideration we needed to make our decision.
He followed up with a curtesy call a few days after delivery and also responded to an email enquiry straight away. Great service as you would expect from làndrover.

I brought a new Land Rover
I brought a new Land Rover from the Taunton Branch and communication was great from the word go! Lovely hospitality in the branch and staff couldn't do enough! The special mentions go to Ollie, Jamie, Janet and Jack. Poor handover - Bought a used land rover defender 2021…
Bought a used land rover defender 2021 , received the car - with a few questionable things that clearly didn’t fit with my £45k spend .
Car bonnet wouldn’t open , despite apparently having a 160 point check prior to sale.
The car was very damp inside due to a recent valet in lieu of handover . This now I now was to hide the doggy smell that I’m now plagued with.
The tyre were all lower in tread - 3mm apart from the front which the NSF was very low on the outer edges
Buyer be warned- this isn’t a 5 star place !
Not recommend.
