We were looking to replace my mini and visited Vertu in York. The customer service was outstanding and Harry Wilcockson was brilliant. He is very knowledgeable and at no point pressurised us to buy which was really appreciated while we made our choice of replacement car.

Great People To Deal With
I bought a used Mini in August 2025 and the service was so good that when I had the opportunity to buy a brand new Mini, there was only one place I would go.
Shout out to Ben who really looks after his customers and a very big thank you to Stacy who dealt with the order and the whole process with us. The car arrived ahead of schedule and we were made to feel really special all the way through the process right up to collection, which was a great experience.
If you want really good advice and first calss service from a team that care then Vertu at York is the place to go.

First mini purchase
Cameron and Ben at Mini were really helpful. Both answered my questions and provided relevant information. I’ve only driven manual cars previously and Cameron took me through how to drive the automatic Mini Cooper and supported me as I test drove the vehicle.
