⭐ Brilliant Service from Scarlett at Vertu Derby
I recently purchased a new Renault Symbioz from Vertu in Derby and wanted to say how excellent the whole experience was.
From start to finish, Scarlett in the sales team was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Couldn’t have asked for a better…
Couldn’t have asked for a better service from Vertu Renault, especially Daniel Redfern who went out of his way to accommodate me viewing and buying my new car, showing me the tech and features and explaining how an EV differs from what I’d previously driven. Dan even went as far as to drive the car to drop off at my house. Overall I had a very good experience and am very happy with my car, the price and the excellent customer service.
