Warranty issue? not there problem coenact Renault directly

My Renault Zoe is nearing the end of its 5 year warranty period and has developed a grinding noise. I called vertu Dunfermline to book it in for a check and was told the earliest diagnostic slot they had was August. I explained my warranty was ending in a May and was told there was nothing that could be done, they work for Vertu, not Renault.

I wont be buying a new car from them again.

Gemm at Vertu is a star

Gemma and the rest of the team at Vertu Dunfermline were fantastic, right from the very first test-drive through to the big reveal yesterday. Gemma stayed in touch throughout the wait for Bertie to arrive and put up with a million questions. She was also super excited for me to get my first brand new R5, after having an original R5 as my first car in 1995. A fantastic experience. Thank you all so much 🥳

Really positive experience!

Really positive experience from start to finish choosing my new Clio!
Laura was great, really listened to what I was looking for and the budget I had in mind.
It was a breathe of fresh air compared to other experiences I have had!
Very welcoming team.

We got our new Motability car from Vertu motors Renault we dealt with a guy called John Kelly he was the nicest person we have dealt with over our last 10 cars that we have had through Motability. Definitely recommend speaking with this team 10 out of 10
