Pressure free, highly professional, caring and have superb after sales service which is absolutely second to none. Special mention to Michal in sales, returned back to him for our second car. Spent all the time needed going through new features and refused to leave us until we were absolutely satisfied and ready to take to the road. Always a very warm welcome from the service department, staff on the main shop floor are first class and a credit to the dealership. Thanks all. Another customer very very happy indeed.

Great experience from all the team, provided all information and no question was a silly question. It wasn’t just me, interaction with my family when they came in just made it be more comfortable and easy to switch over to my new car.

From start to finish all the staff I spoke to were brilliant. Talked me through everything and were very clear about prices for everything I asked about. Charmaine was in constant contact and the whole thing was extremely simple.

Everything was fine except the Skoda Finance inability to process on-line finance documentation. Not everyone has "smart 'phone" with which to read Q Codes in order to access the finance documentation.
Darlington Skoda staff were professional, helpful and proficient.

Friendly, relaxed no pressure customer service

Mollie and the team were great, planned a test drive and very helpful with all my questions. Not pressured into any additions I didn’t need and left with a great car at a price I was happy with.

Matthew was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I am in my 50’s and have bought a few cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. This is fantastic, professional dealership. I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to Matthew.

Matt our sales rep was fantastic open communication and really responsive helping us find the perfect car!

Weve just picked up our 5th skoda from the darlington branch , as always my other half and i get 5 star service , its lovely when the staff recognise you on entering the show room , they also give us the best price , ( i think ) . This time we were served by Michal , hes a lovable cheeky chappie , a good asset to this branch , it was nice to see Shane back after a break away . All the staff from sales , serviceing , mechanics are pleasant, helpful , and make ypu feel welcome as nothing is to much bother

The team helped me through the entire purchasing process efficiently, professionally and with humour. They were a joy to interact with - Shane, Richard and particularly Mollie, who I was fortunate to meet last weekend when I collected my new car. She's a delight and made the whole buying experience easy, enjoyable and most of all, fun.

Great staff at Skoda Darlington

Appalling and disgusting services received by sales person and General Manager Rory White. They tried to scam me with my part exchange price which I used the same Vertu website for trade price giving me about £700 less. When i challenged this they both coming with incompetence excuses as i again did another car valuation on the same day while i chatting to the sales person using same Vertu car valuation website and the price was same which i was initially quoted. I dont know why Skoda Darlington offering me £700 less.
Also I emailed General Manager Rory White to contact me to discuss the price for my part exchange. He didn't bother replying and keeps on ignoring me and hiding as he doesn't want to face the challenge. Pathetic Manager
