Paid only £125 for medication my vet was charging over £500 for. I can’t believe local vets can charge so much. But thankful for this company who will ship to Northern Ireland which can be tricky.

I have been an ongoing client for around three years and have always found their website poor. I have just tried to reorder dog food but simply cannot get their website to accept their terms &conditions - tried on iphone and ipad - gave up snd ordered it from pets at home for £25 cheaper and will be delivered for free to my home rather than to vet practice for free. I did try to give them the business to support a local firm rather than a multinational - but due to their poor website I have given up! I also rang them to order over the phone but they can't do that either!!!

A seamless and valuable learning experience. The course was informative, staff were responsive and professional, and I now feel equipped with practical knowledge and tools for my career ahead. Highly recommended!

Ordered the hypoallergenic kibble we always use—box arrived with one torn bag oozing salmon dust. Called and the chap promised a replacement pronto; took four days, but it arrived. Website easy, prices fair, delivery speed in the middle, so not awful, just not sparkling either.
