VEXXHOST has consistently exceeded our expectations. We use their consulting and on-premise cloud support offerings. They have been an incredible partner as we build a sovereign stack to get off of AWS, VMware, and other third party clouds and technologies. VEXXHOST is very responsive to support issues, and uniquely has been able to resolve highly complex issues with our environment. We tried other larger companies and options for this type of help, but only VEXXHOST has been able to meet our needs. We appreciate the whole team: sales, service desk, engineers, management.

We are a University Research Computing Center with an on premise Openstack cloud and we have been a Vexxhost customer for over 5 years. Originally, we were using RedHat Enterprise Openstack and due to the cost for support we decided to look to Vexxhost to give us the expertise that we lacked in house but needed to maintain our Cloud service. Vexxhost helped us build a new cloud based off of the standard Openstack distribution so that we would not be locked into a particular vendor. They helped migrate all the VMs from the old cloud to the new and we were very happy with this. Since then, we have converted into their Atmosphere platform and this makes managing and upgrading our Openstack cloud very easy for us. We do all of the regular administration and maintenance and they are there to help if things go wrong or if we have questions. Whenever we submit a support request it is triaged immediately and we are always assigned a person who is clearly an expert in their field. I would rate the support levels A++ and the company as a whole is amazing. We have only had positive experiences with Vexxhost and I hope we will continue our partnership well into the future. Running an Openstack cloud in house would not be possible for us without Vexxhost to have our backs when we need to "phone a friend". I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a trusted partner that delivers a great service.

Harjy, Adrian and Davied repetitively surpassed my expectations and were extremely proactive. I had very accurate recommendations in regard to our OpenStack environment, they accompanied me on many different projects. I would definitely recommend VEXXHOST they made my learning experience on OpenStack 10x easier.

Support for their setup has been phenomenal. We just implemented a new system based on Vexxhost's design. While we are working out the bugs and getting the system implemented Vexxhost has been able to provide us with expert guidance and support.

I have been using Vexxhost for more than 10 years where I had a good deal on a package of unlimited traffic and data storage. Besides a failed domain renewal a couple of years back I had no issues with them until recently.

I had my personal files and pictures uploaded for quite a while now, merely as a tertiary backup option. Until I recently got a notice that I was violating their terms as it would serve as a personal cloud. We bounced some messages across and it appears as I was unable to convince them I was not using it as a cloud storage but as a backup (they could have perfectly checked the traffic logs). Without giving me any deadline to remove the data nor alerting me they performed an action, my account was suspended and my data no longer accessible.

I have warned a friend who initially suggested Vexxhost to me over 10 years ago as he is storing multiple terabytes with them, to start looking for something else. Beware of where you are storing your data and hosting providers that make false promises. Fortunately I did not lose anything.
