Booked a tour to Gibraltar from Malaga
Booked a tour to Gibraltar from Malaga. It was stated that the start would be 10.00. The evening before I get a text, saying that we'll meet at 7.15am the next morning. 3 hours before. Viacom wouldn't give me a refund, stating that it's less than 24 hours before. That's called a Bait and Switch and is illegal. I also immediately cancelled two other tours I had booked with them. Never again.
Bad bus routes
The bus service in san Antonio is terrible, why is there no bus routes that go to the areas where the jobs are like warehouse and manufacturing ? Its pretty stupid
Refund processing takes too long
Dear Via,
I just called your Customer Service to request for transaction receipt for the credit card reversal for Unionbank because as per Unionbank they will automatically process it once they receive a request. As per your record it was processed last June 20,2023. So July 11 is the date for reversal however I did not receive the reversal and as per Unionbank there was no request on your end. I just called your customer service and their reply was accounting just processed it last July 6. So counting will start on July 6 and expect 15 banking days for reversal which is July 27,2023.
So what really happened? What is happening with your team? Is Customer Service and accounting discussing this issue or you just tell any other dates base on your guts?
I will file a case against you if not settled within the week.

I did a quick booking without much research and later the payment page failed on me after making payment. I was worried after reading these reviews and quickly started following up. I was pleasabtly surprised at how efficiently and quickly the issue was addressed. I got connected to call centre within 3 rings, did not hav to go through lenghty IVR, mail response was prompt. It was not even an issue. The confirmation normally takes 40 mins to 1 hr and I directly received a confirmation from airliner within 1 hr. So am trying to leave a positive feedback, to releave some users of unnecessary anxiety, am normally into leaving feedbacks.

To change or cancel a flight you need to contact customer support. I was on the phone for over 2 hours. Then I waited 3 days (after the date of my flight that I was trying to change) before they called me.
I will absolutely never book through them again.

Trapping innocent people. I have booked a ticket through Via.com based on google flight listing/suggestion vide their Booking ID. FMNAF39PW5RLM with Oman Air PNR: MDBYVZ for Delhi-Doha Flight scheduled for 16/05/2020. The flight was cancelled due to Covid. I went to Oman Air local office and got the ticket open and was informed that I can utilize the tiket till 30th June, 2020 for any future booking. Recently, when I visited to re-book the ticket, it was informed that the amount was refunded to Via.com through Oman air Mumbai Office. Telephone calls are unattended and emails not responded when we treid to reach them for complaints. It appears that the company has got refund from all airlines, and are not repaying to customers. Seek the support of Via.com

Worst service ever. No contact number only email. But still ignored. Continue to promoting ticket but never refund back to customer for cancelled ticket. Nothing but a scam. Horrible agency. I won’t use ever again.

Via.com still has not refunded me of my airfare tickets eversince EVA Air has canceled my flight in April. I kept on emailing them, yet they just give me the same reply, that is to wait for the airlines. I have called the airlines and they have told me to contact via.com. Crazy
