Fatal servicio
No dieron un precio superior en un transporte compartido que un taxi, y encima me hacían esperar mas de una hora. Ademas les pedimos que nos dieran una hoja de reclamaciones, que tienen obligación legal, y se negaron a dárnoslo, argumentado que no era una incidencia importante. Esto es un claro incumplimiento por su parte de las obligaciones que tenían con nosotros
Worst communication
Our travel agent booked our transfers in Barcelona with this company because Expedia recommended them. They arranged our pick up time from the airport to the hotel at the time of booking and didn’t require a confirmation call. However they refused to give a pick up time for our return trip from hotel to airport which was on Monday morning but insisted we have the hotel confirm it in Barcelona. Our travel agent suggested a time of 0730 Monday based on our flight time. In Barcelona we tried to call to confirm a pickup time but found out they were closed all weekend till Monday at nine a.m. long after we had to leave. We also sent several emails to try to confirm our ride but got no response. The hotel said they usually get confirmation faxes from transfer companies but nothing arrived for us from them. On Monday morning we waited till 8 a.m. and still couldn’t reach them. Finally we took a cab to the airport at our own expense even though we had already paid 80 euro for the ride. We don’t know what time they finally arrived as they never said, but they claimed we were a no-show even though they were the no-show. On our return our travel agent tried to sort it out and get our money back since they didn’t provide a service and their inaccessibility and poor communication and booking policies led to undue stress. They refused to refund our money and considered the case closed. Needless to say, we are miffed and will never use them again. We will also tell others not to use them. Our travel agent will do the same and report this incident to Expedia so they will stop recommending them in future.

DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE COMPANY. This is the worst service we have ever booked and cost us extra travel fees that they are refusing to refund. Their website states transfers from airport to hotel in 45-60 minutes. They took 2 and a half hours to take myself, husband and 2 year old to our hotel. When we complained they cancelled our service without telling us amd left us standing at our hotel stranded. We waited for 20 minutes after our pick up time to realise something was not right, the numbers they give you do not work!! In the end a member of the hotel kindly helped us and ordered us a taxi which cost €80 which we had to pay or miss our flight. We have kept all receipts complained to the company and they have not even thought to refund us for anything. Please DO NOT book this shuttle service, they are on 2 stars for a reason. Utterly disappointed and angry that they have ignored the bad service we have received.
Viajes Alameda is a horrible company
Viajes Alameda is a horrible company. They didn't pick us up at Barcelona airport. We called them and there was a recording saying that their office was closed (at about 4:36 pm on a Saturday). When I asked for a refund from Expedia they said that they will do what the company says. The company said they were "available" to pick us up. But, they did not come to pick us up, they didn't call or text us, nor did they answer their phones.
Shame on Expedia for not refunding our money.
Do not book with Viajes Alameda
Do not book with Viajes Alameda unless you want to be scammed. I should have read the reviews earlier and I wouldn't have booked in the first place. I booked a service from Málaga to Granada, prepaid and received a confirmation and a voucher, all confirmed, no mention at all that the booking was a tentative reservation but clearly said it was paid for and confirmed.
They write me an e-mail 10 days later saying that what I did was a booking request that was not confirmed until the transport company accepted the request. First lie, cause there was definitely no mention of that at all in the booking confirmation nor in the voucher. They said that the price had gone up to over the double of what I paid, and I could contact them to pay for the difference accepting the new price or cancel the booking.
They cancelled my confirmed and prepaid booking and refunded me. They clearly tried to fool me because they published the wrong price and then made up that argument about the "booking request".
I contacted customer service by phone, they told me someone would contact me next Monday. Obviously no one did. I wrote them an email, they answered and asked me to explained the situation and after that, never heard back from them.
It's not an awful customer service, it's just non-existing.
VIAJES ALAMEDA / SHUTTLE DIRECT WARNING
I don’t usually write reviews, but have to warn about VIAJES ALAMEDA (also operating as SHUTTLE DIRECT via EXPEDIA). We booked them through Expedia for an airport transfer to pick up my family in Barcelona. They didn’t turn up. Only an answerphone on in their office. No subsequent apology. Spoke to a really rude lady in their office afterwards who refused to even speak about it!
Only after several emails and a lot of time did EXPEDIA finally agree to refund us. Having read all the reviews now, I’m amazed this company is still in business.

Avoid at all cost the used of their shuttle services, very unreliable. They did not pick us at the Hotel we have to take a Taxi, they don't refund the money and they didn't even call us to apology. I am committed to write in any social media how bad this company is.

Awful service that told me 'Read Terms of Conditions' when they told me they couldn't give a refund that cost me over 100 EUR in Taxi fees.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The WORST company. Beyond impossible to find them at the airport and beyond impossible to book a return trip back with them as they have multiple phone numbers and when you call them they toss you around until nothing gets booked. I have also emailed TWO email addresses and NO RESPONSE! I even called the phone number on the voucher itself as it said “CALL FOR TRANSPORT” and no success!

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST'S : we arrived in Tenerife to start our holiday on 21st DEC 2017 we were picked up fro the airport and dropped off at the wrong hotel bus and rep left myself and my 70year old husband with heart condition at 3am in the morning to find our accomodation found it at 4am after lugging cases around streets , phoned following day to complain they appologised then phoned then on 28th dec for transfer back to airport told to be outside at 8.55am we were outside from 8.15 till 9.30 didnt turn up ,didnt answer phone had to go back to hotel to get taxi it cost us 125 euro's think we were charged triple time because it was New Yeas Day disgusting customer service they do not deserve anyone's business avoid at all cost if you dont want your holiday spoilt !!!!!!

Als ich um 4:15 das Unternehmen angerufen habe, hat man mir gesagt man könne nichts machen, der Bus habe dort auf mich gewartet und sei schon weiter gefahren!
So eine Unverschämtheit!
Ich musste 60€ für ein Taxi zahlen!
Ich finde es eine unfassbare Frechheit von dem Unternehmen eine so unzuverlässige Dienstleistung anzubieten und dann auch noch zu lügen!
Übrigens hatte das Hotel nur einen Eingang und der Bus hätte vorbei fahren müssen, wenn er wirklich da gewesen wäre!
Left me stranded and 80 eur out of pocket
The day before we werer travelling back to the airport as instructed we asked reception at the hotel to call to confirm the time of pick up for the next day. The receptionist talked to them directly and confirmed andwritten down the time 9am and place "bus stop" outside of the hotel. Tuesday morning at 8.45 was outside the hotel at the bys stop as instructed. At 9.25 as bus never showed i asked my friend to run back to hotelto call transfer company. When 10 min later she came back she said the bus was there at 9 in the hotel to pick me up but they will comeback any minute. At 9.45 i started to get upset as there was stillno sign of the bus and i was suppoaed to be at the airport in 45 min when i knew the journey with the bus will take 1.5 hrs. So i run back to hotel called transfer company again. The guy who answered was very nice but he still couldnt tell me where the bus was. I Wa holding the phone fir a few min and that time just told him to forget about it that i need to take a taxi. So at 9.55 i left in a taxi that cost me 80 eur after i already paid for a car to pick me up and was stressed out that im gonna miss my flight. I feel the company needs to reimburse me for the 80 eur taxi fare. 20 days later there is still no resolution to my complaint

Vi havde bestilt en transport til og fra lufthavnen wien. Ved ankomsten ventede vi 20 minutter inden chaufføren ankom. På vejen til hotellet forhørte vi os om hvornår vi ville blive hentet da vi skulle med et fly retur til København kl. 07.15 om morgenen. Chaufføren fortalte at vi skulle være klar 2,5 time før flyets take -off. Vi spurgte fordi dette ikke fremgik af vores voucher. Vi spurgte om det var ham der ville komme, men dette vidste han ikke (fair nok) men han havde set vores bestilling. Vi var alle oppe og klar 3 timer før flyafgang. Da kl. var blevet 05.30 var der endnu ikke dukket nogen op. Vi læste igen på voucheren og fandt ingen kontaktinformation, så måtte vi bestille anden tranport - vi nåede lige flyveren hjem. Efterfølgende ville vi have penge retur, men firmaet mener ikke at de har noget ansvar.
