Upon receiving the product, I was extremely disappointed with its condition and quality.
1. Sub-standard quality:
The overall finish and material quality are far below what was advertised on your website.
2.
The painting is not secured properly to the frame and keeps moving even with normal fan airflow. This clearly indicates poor workmanship and makes the product unusable.

This product does not meet basic quality standards and is unfit for use or display.

Product delivered was damaged . I have been following up since 2 months . They keep saying they have escalated our concern and this is not the experience they would want us to have but do nothing about the issue .

It is a fraud company. Every one who got cheated by these fraudsters should do police complaimt and file chargeback

Wrong supply, refused even to replace. Really shamefull customer support. Will not purchase in future.

They need to be sued for the faulty damaged products they deliver & for the automated responses.. Wasted a lot of money on them & extremely disappointed

I purchased a 2ft by 4ft Seven Horses painting. First of all I received a totally different painting than what I had ordered, different design. Then Vibecrafts refused to take it back and refund, citing they do not guarantee quality or exact same design. I was surprised to hear that they do not guarantee quality so what do they charge for? Very very poor customer service.

We ordered set of 2 chairs and spent 27000/- on 21st Nov we got the delivery and to our surprise the size of the chair looked so small and more shockingly after unpacking the chairs, they looked so CHEAP, LIGHT WEIGHT, LOSE UPHOLSTERY, NO FINISHING, HAS GAP between the seat and the back.
I sent them mail immediately after receiving them, since then there is no support, in first revert they said they will check and revert, on next mail they asked me to share the pics which i had shared on my first mail but they didn't bother to see it. Again shared the pics with them and they replied saying we do not have the policy of refund. Vibecraft didn't even offer an exchange of chairs. Surprisingly in the revert they didn't speak about the concerns I had shared. They spoke about color which was not at all my issue.
Looks like they got the chairs made by a road side vendor.

I had shared my review on their website as well but it is not showing there. They do not let it show and remove it so that no one can see their actual products which are far away from the fake pictures they have uploaded on the website.

The product sent was defective. Different from shows on website. No customer service. No reply via email or contact number. Its a scam.

This is a fraud company no response from customer care whats app number .I made a mistake ordered one painting and that is very very bad.dont order anything from this website.

Never buy from these people they only sell cheap and shitty products.

What is shown on their website is grossly different.

After you receive the product their customer care just kills time and never return the order despite everything mentioned at time of buying and sharing the proof with them.

Customer after sending worst quality wall images. They are denying replacement or refund. Infact there is no response from theor end. I have decided to proceed legally om this. Wonder how come pepperfry.com kind of prestiguos brands are supporting them. This is unacceptable and we should rethink even on pepperfry.com going fwd

Yesterday I received the backlit floating shelves unit that I had ordered with you.
The veneer is chipping and one of shelves light is not working. The screws sent for the metal frame were bigger than the hole provided.
Pretty disappointed as I was expecting great quality after reading reviews on your website.
Tried calling two numbers that are listed on your site with no response.
Sharing pictures and a video.
Please let me know how you will rectify this.

Pathetic customer service. The products are of very poor quality. And there customer service even worse. Would not recommend them to anyone - not even to my enemies!!

Very worst customer service experience, provided broken product and not refunding my money also, after every 3-4 days same reply provide whole images of product which was already provided but no solution.
I do not recommend this site.

No refund, many times send mail and what's up complaints also nobody reaching out , such a waste company,don't buy this products from this company , you will end up in the stress only for refund

I have received a damaged product and have been following up over email and whatsapp and instagram. They share the same rubbish message saying they have taken up on priority and nothing is being resolved. Legal action shall be taken against them. Based on reviews, it seems this is happening with many users.
