Big cock up in my order; they sent completely the wrong shoes in the wrong size. Customer service difficult to get hold of 1st time but to be fair, they responded to my email by phone, paid for the returns and threw some socks to apologise. Thanks to Dan at Customer Service. Everyone makes mistakes but they did everything they could to fix it as soon as possible so credit where credit is due

Ordered a pair of Vibrams in my usual shoe size. When they arrived they were too small.
I followed the returns instructions and sent them back.
They sent me out a different size and it took a week. Couldn’t be happier.

Sent back a pair of v-trek insulated vibrams as stitching fraying after only 5 weeks,asked for a replacement pair but received a refund instead....emailed barefoot to ask why,but they never replied. Sent 4 further emails but still never responded. These shoes are now £20 more than when originally purchased so is the reason WHY ! Extremely poor service from this company...you should be truly ashamed at your appouringly poor treatment I have received

As other vendors struggle during the Christmas period or blame everything on C-19, this company strided and gave great service.

Bought barefoots for my partner wasn't sure on the size, therefore made many returns. They were very helpful with it all. Even gave me a phonecall to discuss.

Online buying as it should be. The (excellent) sizing guide put me right between sizes for the shoes I wanted so I ordered both pairs which were delivered very swiftly. I tried both on for a while indoors, and sent the less comfy pair back - the refund was back in my account before I’d got back from the post office!

Absolutely fantastic! I was pushed by a Facebook advert to explore 'Vibram Furoshiki' shoes, but when I was taken to a dodgy site, I looked further. Then I found Barefoot Junkie! Thank goodness! I got a great deal on the shoes, ordered them 8pm Monday night and they arrived by 2pm Wednesday - to the Highlands! Great shoes, great website and great delivery! I wish more companies like Barefoot Junkie would use Royal Mail - a nationwide delivery service and NO surcharge to get things to us up here. Anyway, go and buy some shoes from Barefoot Junkie with confidence!!

I'm delighted to have discovered this company! I ordered a pair of Vibrams mid-morning; they were despatched just over an hour later; they arrived by Royal Mail less than 24 hours later. Amazing service. And, I absolutely love my shoes.
