Wonderful experience from start to finish. I feel fortunate to have had the capable assistance of Marissa Cote. She was personable and professional and turned the project around within a couple of days. The subtitles/captions were done beautifully, exactly as I'd specified. And since this was my first time captioning, Marissa's suggestions regarding style and color of the captions were much appreciated. And I was happy with the price.

Awesome experience due to the great customer service. I asked for quotes from multiple companies and Vicaps reached out within an hour, while I have yet to receive quotes from those other companies. Highly recommend

Easy communication, good product. We got translation and subtitling done.

Major downside was the translation done in formatted Word docs. When we reviewed them it difficult for most reviewers to make edits. This doubled the time of the editing process and frustrated our reviewers. VCC didn't seem to be able to help make the process easier. Wish this portion had been easier.

Overall, a good team to work with that could be great with a few tweaks.
