Opened a account and set my limits, reasonably low, aftet setting up I decided to have a small play (about a week later) and made a small deposi (checked my limits before playing) tried to redeposit and was unable (saw that the limits I placed had changed, during play!!) won't be playing on here again, understand that UKGC have rules in place for UK operators but never seen sensible limits being adjusted during play by a operator, limit I placed was 500 daily, 500 weekly and 500 monthly , operator change it to a quarter of the amount

placed 2 bet on horses, 1 won... withdrew my winnings, immediately limited to tiny stakes. Rubbish bookies

Not had any issues; uploaded ID, account was opened, and withdrew with no issue at all.

No stars closed my account immediately no wins it’s a joke be warned wish I had read all reviews first kept depositing this is a very sick site and needs closing and fast

Over intrusive ID checks on sign up then get accused of using a VPN which was incorrect so couldn't even complete the checks. Customer service can't seem to handle any negative feedback regarding the issues. Instead of helping chose to close my account. Amusing reading the other feedback here thinking they had to deal with likely the same person.

i worked at vickers for just under a yeah in the interview was told it was very family orientated and for the people ….. it is like that if your face fits … money about 3k behind industry standard rates the office staff dont like the warehouse people very clicky also managers made managers who havent got a clue ….. also a lot of secretive practices going on between vickers and customers

Problem after problem starting with free bets not being issued and having to contact them multiple times. Then computer black jack constantly breaking which led them to taking it off the site completely. Also problems with multiple withdrawals not going through again had to contact them multiple times. The final straw was when I tried cashing a bet out 7 times while they were offering a cash out and refused it saying it was a problem at my end which it was clearly there issue. Closed my account and now proceeding with a complaint

Absolutely criminal site. Do not play any of the games ,all the Roulette is fake and rigged. They even have the charade of a croupier put the ball in, yet It's obviously a predetermined outcome B4 the wheel is spun and the ball stops. Uncanny how it completely misses whole sections, and constantly repeating the same few numbers.

Maybe this casino has improved, I did the welcome offer, it worked well, I won £60 it was paid promptly. The website worked well. Big bass games are actually at 96 % rtp

Well opened an account with these today won a bit of money delayed withdrawals and ontop of this they restricted me to max £5 bet even on a short priced favourite don't know what kind of site this is but clearly got the hump because I won but what online bookies restricts you to a max of 5 pound bet even on the shorties, they shouldn't be trading if that's all they are prepared to take this is with every bet I'm trying to place now

I'd agree with the other reviews. I'm owed thousands and no sign of being paid despite emails, calls etc...

Obviously a common practice, so this firm is best avoided.

* Just to update, I've finally been paid. Using Resolver like a previous reviewer mentioned appeared to do the job, or that was coincidence.

Registered with gamstop with exact personal details was allowed to sign up to and verify a Vickers.bet account.

Several thousand deposited with no one questioning any source of funds or limits placed onto account.

Complaint raised with live chat team email and store but no response.

Resolver complaint made and no response

Asked for account closure but still remains open to this day with no response to any of my emails. Regular bonuses still offered and free bets applied to account despite me telling this company to close my account to avoid further harm.

Not sure how this company can get away with so many harmful issues

I have been waiting for my withdrawal of over £6000. No response at all. Emails don't work, live chat is a total waste of time. Called the shop racing number found on Facebook and he just agreed they were terrible

still waiting for 88 pounds and they are now asking me to upload id via website only knowing this is impossible as they locked me out, and only a month previously asked for just bank details for transfer

Really gone down hill this company, there was no need to change the website.
