This is the first time I have ordered from Victoria Beckhams makeup line. I ordered 3 Satin Kajal liner/Eyeliner Satin in colours Cocoa, Surfside and Navy Noir and was very disappointed when I removed the lids of Cocoa and Surfside as both had the pencil broken off. Thought these would be checked before leaving warehouse. I’m just hoping that when I do sharpen them the eyeliner doesn’t keep snapping off. Apart from that delivery was really fast and like the colours (from what I can see). But still disappointing for the price.

Paid £5 for smashed parcel which took 6 days to arrive. Eyeliner wasn’t as sparkly and smudge-free. Doesn’t worth the money.

Love Victoria Beckham products especially the cleansing duo , I've used for only 4 days and my skin looks and feels amazing , Comes beautifully packaged every purchase comes with a cloth bag . I never need to try another cleaners again . This is a game changer .love the fact you can watch Victoria on UTube showing you exactly how to use her products. Keep up the good work

I think the service is excellent, they always respond quickly and provide the necessary information. Fast delivery.

Just received my first purchase from VB Beauty - it took only five days from I placed my order till it arrived (I live in Denmark). Nicely wrapped up in a small bag with logo on it - a delight to open. I cannot wait to try the Kajal liners and the lip gloss that I now have:-) Will definitely shop at VB´s again:-)

This company uses AI and bots on social media so they can only respond to positive comments! constantly promoting out of stock products, Victoria employ humans if you care a jot about your business!

Not reliable.
I'm waiting for my order of 10th October, it hasn't yet shipped. I wrote an email, but I have never received an answer.

Absolutely no customer service and they use the most unreliable courier, order place 23rd September still not arrived VB beauty no help sorting this and Evri worse than useless. Today I get email asking for reviews on the items I bought what a joke as they have never arrived

Waited 12 days (that alone was a bit annoying) to receive an eyeliner just to discover it was broken on arrival. Again a bit annoying, but that’s accidential and I notified the CS right away asking for them to take action. Two days later there’s still no word from what they claim to be available 12 hrs daily.
Very dissatisfying considering the brand and the fairly high prices.

Fremragende syntes jeg. Var lidt nervøs da det var en udenlandsk hjemmeside, men det blev hurtigt gjort til skamme... Fik hurtig ordre bekræftelse og afsendelse. Efter et par dage kunne jeg se at varen ville blive leveret med DHL. Hvilket også skete efter 10 dage. Jeg er 100% tilfreds og vil klart handle der igen, da det er superlækre varer de tilbyder.
