Never had any issues with past purchases and normally love their PJ’s… but received some pyjamas for Christmas, only opened in April (warmer weather) there is a split in the shorts where not stiched correctly. No longer have receipt but have original packing.. customer services no help as no receipt… would have expected them to have at least offered for the item to be sent back (still had packing creases when contacted them showing they were new!) Disappointing service.

Amazing store in Trafford centre, everywhere was clean and tidy, all the bras and underwear were in right order and all the matching sets were all together, it was so clean,I bought a bra and had to get the matching set, oh my word they are cute and so sparkly, not only that you had bigger sizes for women who have a bigger bust, which was amazing to see 🩷 because I never thought victoria secret does a curvy section, like wow it's about time they start thinking about curvy women are sexy women too 🩷

I went to collect items on order at The Fort in Glasgow. The assistant did not once look me in the eye or make me feel anything less than a nuisance. She also forgot to take off the extra 20 per cent
And did not apologise for the ten minute delay while
She tried to work out how to refund it. She eventually got help. Very unpleasant experience and I won’t go back.

I was in Arndale branch today ,the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional, even didn't respond to my Hello!
She asked me :do you need a bag and I respond:yes
She said:did you say :yes please!!!!!!!
She didn't respond to my hello and expected me to say PLEASE to her!!!
Very disappointed situation.
Never come back to that branch

Horrible website/service. Ordered 5 items, 4 of which were shipped immediately. The one that wasn’t available was showing available on their website. Had to cancel it and ask for a refund after the 10th day of waiting for them to ship. As soon as they confirmed the cancellation, I reordered it and it arrived the next day. Need to sort out their website!

I would give 100 stars if I could.
Amazing customer service. Best I’ve ever had my whole life! Online order was delayed by 2 weeks. They could not find from Evri where it was so they refunded delivery cost. The item was not in stock & they rang round lots of stores to try & find one but was not able to. They offered an alternative item which was £24.00 at no extra cost PLUS a lovely body mist free item.
Absolutely amazing. Then Evri said it was delivered but it was not! So Victoria’s Secret resent the item again, at no extra cost. Blown away by how quick they sorted it. PROPER customer service that we just never get any more.

Already regretting: after spending an eternity to find what I was looking for, either prices changed mid shoping or products became unavailable. Finally placed my order and gave them 4 days to deliver to their own store, only to be told my delivery is delayed but that it will be with me 'in the next few days' - this was supposed to be a birthday gift. Should have checked the reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned: avoid Victoria's Secret in the future.

My wife had a delivery today. The person said that "delivered" the parcel at 16:55 ich meaning that I missed the person by 5/10 minutes. No package was left and I wouldn't know were the person left the package as as it was still on the person hands when the picture was taken. Or the parcel was stolen in 5/10 after being delivered or it wasn't never delivered in the first place. WHY WOULD YOU SEND A PACKAGE WITH YOUR NAME WRITEN ALL PVER THE PLACE???? I bet that the delivery person was a woman...

Visited Meadowhall store to buy some slippers as a gift. They only had small and large on the shelf, I asked a member of staff if they had a medium. She checked stock and said they had, but she said no one was in the back store room to get them so I couldn’t have them. I found this bizarre that they would refuse a sale cos no one could be bothered to go to the back store room and find them, what is the manager of that store doing? There was loads of staff on the shop floor this would not have left them short. Even if she had offered to get them out to collect before the store closes or something instead just refused the sale. No wonder VS are closing so many of its stores, where is your customer service? Bought juicy Couture ones instead and received excellent service from them. Victoria Secrets you don’t deserve to own a retail shop…I thought the customer came first but obviously not.

I would give 0 if I could. I have not had a single pleasant experience with this shop. I have money I am not poor I buy From M&S & Bravissimo so that's my price point. I have never found a pair of underpants that fit snug from that shop, should they fit they were well out of my range as in not worth paying because I can't tell how long it's going to last. The straps on their bra are no better than the bra straps you get in the shop above poundland PEP&CO clothing. Their boastful display of thongs on tables and in the wall is dissapointing as those thongs are made for a skinny stereo type and highly westernised bodies if u get liposuction you can wear it. Check out this laughable add on youtube Victoria's secret Inclusivity, that is sheer minsinformation. No other underwear company has been as slated for skinny models and cheap quality craftmanship, not talking about design only quality. By the end of the night their bra straps where the precious undergarment has slipped down off your shoulder to nobody knows.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Victoria’s Secret store on Oxford Street. I purchased items just 24 hours ago as a gift and returned to exchange them because I received duplicates. The UK consumer law clearly supports my right to exchange unopened items in their original packaging, yet the manager refused my request in a rude manner.

This lack of respect and understanding is unacceptable, especially from a well-known retailer. The treatment I received not only caused me distress but also upset my daughter. It’s shameful that customer service is so lacking in a brand that should prioritize its customers.

I urge potential customers to consider this before shopping here. Brands should uphold consumer rights and treat their customers with dignity and respect.

Great customer service when you need it, but stock is so limited compared to other countries. Been waiting to order in my size for nearly 2 months but still no stock. Why is there limited UK stock but an abundance of stock abroad? This needs to be addressed.

I bought a few pairs of Victoria’s Secret underwear at £20 each, expecting high quality for the price. I followed the care instructions exactly—hand wash only, no harsh detergents, air dry—and still, they started falling apart far too quickly. We’re talking fraying seams, thinning fabric, and elastic losing stretch after just a few wears and washes.

For a brand that markets itself as premium, this is unacceptable. If I’m paying £20 for a single pair, I expect durability. I have cheaper underwear from high street stores that have lasted years with the same level of care. Victoria’s Secret really needs to rethink its quality control.

I’d like to know what VS plans to do about this. Do they stand by their products? Because at this point, I’d expect a refund or at least an exchange policy for faulty items. Right now, it feels like you’re paying for the label, not the quality—and that’s just not good enough.

I reached out in relation to a pair of pyjamas, which didn’t hold up on quality. Regardless of the amount of time it had been, the brand still offered me a partial refund. A nice gesture, especially when there are other brands in the market which enjoy exploiting customers.

We visited Victoria Secret in Milton Keynes today for a new bra for my daughter. As we were looking around a very helpful lady called Shannon advised us then said we could have a bra fitting if we had time. We agreed to a bra fitting which another assistant Taylor helped us with. She was brilliant and very patient. My daughter was very happy with her new bras. I would like to thank the members of staff that made this such a lovely experience for my daughter. They were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them.

Superb! Ordered on Wednesday evening, arrived on Thursday. 7 pairs of cheekys at a reasonable price

Ill fitting bras and unclear return instructions.

1) the bras are such a bad fit - they make the cup smaller than everywhere else. I'm usually a 32E but in VS I literally cant even purchase a bra because they're so freaking small. I ordered a few in 32E / DDD and 32G and they were absolutely miniscule.

2) the return instructions are non-existent and the customer service is also non-existent. I can't find an order number on the order confirmation email or the returns slip. the returns slip tells me to go to a website address (can't type it as link not allowed) to make a return - yet when i try to do this i get a message saying this does not exist. When I go to FAQs and look at how to return it simply says to see UK instructions - which direct me back to same non existent page. I tried to contact customer service and got a bot followed by maybe a human who disconnected. Useless - how the heck do I return?! Stuck with poor quality ill-fitting bras 0 stars.

I think Victoria's 'secret' is she makes her cups too small and doesn't provider any customer service.

Zero stars or less is all this on line company is worth . Do not order anything online !!!! You will seriously regret it !! You pay up front and they fail to deliver most of your order. Gross communication failure from this company. They just hope you will forget about your undelivered items and they pocket your money . Don’t even bother complaining to customer services you will get nowhere. An absolute disgrace. Avoid

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order. Despite paying for next-day delivery, it took over a week to arrive. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect - I received two body mysts instead of the body myst and lotion I actually ordered.
The thought of contacting customer service to correct this mistake is overwhelming, especially after the hassle I experienced just getting the order delivered in the first place.

The most helpful customer services. I have had contact with customer services via telephone twice over the past 4 weeks. I didn’t have to wait long to speak with a person. There was no automated voices, or options. Just straight through to a person. The staff are so helpful and polite. I got a refund and a voucher for one of my items being the wrong colour. Literally the best customer services experience.
