I bought 3 of the sold out 5 times paddle brush in early December of 2025. It’s now March of 2026 and I still haven’t gotten it!!! They are refusing to refund me my almost $60, they said since they never got the items back they would have to charge me!!! I called the post master and was told they had tried to send it without paying for postage!! So I’ve been emailing them for months and they still don’t want to send me what I paid for or refund me my money!!! I will post this on every network and place I can!! Stay away from this vendor. Theu will steal money from your account, i.e., invoice $54 but processed $68.

I disputed the charges and to this day nothing has been corrected. It's an ongoing dispute. They are crooked. Criminals!!!

Purchased Leggins in a size M; however, over a month later, received size 2XL. Support first responded that they checked the warehouse, and I received the correct item. I have jumped through hoops to provide proof of their mistake (pics, labels, order copy, etc.), however, they continue to offer me $3 or $4 for my order of $25—horrible company. NO RESOLUTION

As soon as I ordered on Facebook I got an email that someone in California used my debit card and spent $22.72 on my bank account through PayPal which I don't even have a PayPal account it says FLYKJSITESO4 is the person who scammed me! What a ripoff this site is! I will never order anything on my social media accounts ever again!

I would rather not give a “star” but that’s not an option. I ordered 2 prelit 6 ft Christmas garlands and tracked it every few days. It started out in Romania and it’s been 1 month and it apparently is just now “Departed Shipping Partner Facility in the United States” I get an email every week stating I have an update on shipping but it’s been a month. I tried in the beginning to reach out via email with the support email they have listed on their website and I wouldn’t get a response and I was also conviently locked out of my so-called “account” /their number listed does not work. I did receive my money back from my credit card which I am happy about. Don’t order from this company!

I ordered some light bulbs. I would check the tracking , and it said it originated in Slovenia. After over a month of not receiving the product, I contacted them and they said they didn't have an update on shipping. Then I contacted them after two months and they sent me a fake tracking that was totally different that said it originated in China, and was delivered to a town 100 miles north of me. Do not order anything from this company.

I ordered a makeup product. It did not comes for over a month. When it finally did come the product is complete trash. This needs to stop. it is robbery! I have asked for return/refund with NO reply.

Real review, not paid. The tanning cream does NOT work. And let me mention took over a month to receive. So I get ahold of the company after 3 emails asking for an exchange, refund, something. Received 6 exact replies that were a BOT then finally offered a refund only to then go back to the generic email responses, then saying they can’t refund and now saying their “system is denying that type of transaction”. How they stay in business is beyond me. I literally have never had a company tell me their “system” doesn’t allow for refunds. Save your time and money and get the product from another company as there are many that sell this same one.

I ordered Beauty supreme cream, saw it on fb and like a fool I ordered it. That was early May, now it is August and never received! Was $52!! No way to contact at all! Why does fb allow shoddy companies to advertise on their platform 🤬

ZERO STARS I ordered one tube of Beauty Supreme Crème - All-in-one moisturizer, concealer & coverage and an applicator brush for $31.96, shipping insurance $1.60, shipping $6.99, and a hidden fee of $12.16 for using a debit/credit card, for a total of $52.71. That's $12.16 or 30% upcharge for using a debit card. Then they sent me the wrong color... and then refuse to refund any of my money. SCAM!

If these was a zero to give I would give it! STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER AFTER 45 DAYS!

I recently purchased a product from this company, and I am beyond disappointed. The cream I received is nothing like what was shown in the promotional video. It’s matte and pasty, so not my color I ordered medium I got pasty white completely misleading! I reached out to customer service, but they were unhelpful and offered no real solutions.

I expected a quality product, but instead, I feel scammed. Save your money and look elsewhere!

The product received came in lousy packaging and is completely different from what was advertised. It washes away, I ordered medium tone, the box says neutral and the content is very light tone.
Never buy again. I am waiting for some response from customer service to get a refund.

I would give them a zero! I ordered the body cream in medium, and it was a buy two get one free. I paid $68 total and it took over a month for my product to arrive and the product is basically a white cream. There is no color and when you put it on, it doesn’t even soak into your skin. I contacted the company and did exactly what they said and took pictures and sent them and all they did was reply with a compensation of offering me $5.00. I told him that that was unacceptable and then I got another response that they would give me $10. I again responded that that was unacceptable and that they were a fraud and I was going to let everybody know about it so two days ago the last email I got was that she worked so hard with her supervisor and they are willing to give me $14. They’re trying to tell me that to return the product would be way too expensive on my end which honestly I don’t really care. This is their problem. They have a defective product and they know it. I paid through PayPal and so I filed a claim so we will see what happens. I’m pretty sure I’ve lost my money.
I will also warn people though about the Westmoor product because I did go and buy that. I just used it yesterday and when I took a shower this morning, it literally all came off. From what I understand it’s supposed to stay on for days even in water. Not exactly sure what happened there.

This company is a huge scam. They send you the wrong product and then when you send them pictures they send you the wrong product again. There are no colors on their packaging so you don’t even know what you got! What a crock. This is for the Supreme Crème. Supreme by butt

Company is a scam. My total came to 40 though on my bank statement they charged 56. When they finally emailed they said it was from the tariffs. That’s fine and all but it’s hidden charges that should be put on the receipt. Because I would have ordered through westmore. Also it took over a month for shipment to arrive. Stay clear by all means

Zero stars if I could. I just sent them an email with what I ordered vs what I received and told them to contact me before I call my bank to report the scam and recover my money.

I placed an order for Westmore Supreme cream in Medium. What I received was some generic brand Supreme Cream in White, I'm talking about titanium dioxide I'm going to just take away your natural color, white. Hopefully they respond, but if I see them advertising on Facebook again I'm going to blast them on their scamming little feed so everyone is aware. I am so sick of these scammers!

I ordered westmore beauty body coverage profector 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. I really wish that I would have read trust pilot prior to ordering from this company. I needed this item for an event so I went on amazon and received it the next day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEM TO SHOW UP IN A TIMELY MANNER OR SHOW UP AT ALL! I am very disappointed in this company posting videos on tik toc or instagram making fraudulent claims.
