5 stars doesn't cut it. I was stuck in Australia unable to board and they worked magic to get me done in time, if you think you don't need them, you're wrong. Absolutely saved me a fortune, was going to be paying for flights the following day or $550 for an emergency visa at the airport. They came through in time and saved me all of that.

Amazing service! My visa was showing as pending and my flight was in less than 24 hours. They responded immediately through the chat and gave precise instructions on what to do. Within 30 mins of me submitting the service request they contacted me to tell me there was a mistake in my passport number that was holding up the processing. They helped me amend it and I got the visa 3 hours later.

This team came through in a major way helping to secure of visas the day before our trip. It would have been a very unfortunate and expensive mistake. They helped us through a name error hiccup and still got it done. Can’t recommend them enough - worth every cent.

Urgent Vietnam Visa were able to find my existing visa application which was taking extra time to process due to a typing error I had made. They were able to sort this issue and within three hours I had my Visa sent to me. I was running out of time before my flight departure.
