Great products and great customer service. I had Viking bags on my Honda VTX and they were phenomenal. When I had to order new hardware they were great at helping me get what I needed. Caitlin in customer service was a rock star and very responsive.

GSX_Blim here, I’m a real rider and have been using the tactical backpack for a few weeks now. The experience ordering from Viking Bags has been awesome. I ordered the tactical back pack, shipping was quick, and the quality is amazing. Zippers flow buttery smooth, and the velcro straps are strong.

I had to have this tactical bag to help me combine my two hobbies or motorcycles and target shooting at the range. This tactical bag fits both and makes it easy for me to keep the range bag packed and just grab it for the ride to the range. I have made multiple purchases from Viking Bags and the quality and experience have been great each time!

I have 3 bags from VikingBags and all have been great. Can't beat the price for what you are getting.

I’ve been impressed with this bag so far. The first thing to know is that 45L is a lot of storage. This thing is huge. Whether you're packing for a three-day getaway or a three-month road trip, there's enough room here to make this a legitimate travel bag. How long you can live out of it really comes down to how you pack.

The 180-degree opening makes it easy to pack more like traditional luggage instead of digging through everything from the top. There are also plenty of useful storage areas inside, including the laptop sleeve and smaller pockets. At a US men's size 10, I can fit most of my shoes without a problem. Boots and taller high-top shoes are going to depend on their size and shape, so keep that in mind when planning what you're taking.

The overall quality has been very good. The Cordura material feels substantial, the construction feels solid, and I'm particularly happy with the quality and operation of the zippers.

One thing I strongly recommend paying attention to is Viking's sissy bar height recommendation. They aren't exaggerating when they recommend a minimum 24-inch sissy bar for secure mounting. I have a short Siouxicide Choppers sissy bar on one of my motorcycles, and this 45L bag is simply too large for that setup. That's not a fault with the bag—the recommended dimensions are clearly listed—but it's something worth checking before ordering.

Overall, this is a very large, well-made motorcycle travel bag with enough capacity to work for anything from a short getaway to a serious road trip. Just make sure your mounting setup meets Viking's recommendations if you're planning to secure it to a sissy bar.

Really impressed with this Viking backpack so far. It feels sturdy, has plenty of room without being bulky, and works great for ride days. Comfortable to carry, easy to organize, and definitely feels made for moto life. 🏍️🖤

I have the large Tactical Backpack and love it. I can strap to my backrest and when I get to where I'm going, I can carry kike a backpack. Quality is great, highly recommend

I ordered the Incognito bags with mounting hardware. Just not impressed. The 'leather' is really low quality vinyl. Feels cheap, looks cheap. The brackets don't match - the left one is black and the right one is silver. Not a huge deal with the bags on, but looks terrible when the bags are off. The bags don't use the same key. If the bags are sold as a set, they should be keyed the same. Just be warned that when you order a set, don't expect a matched set - they just randomly throw in a right one and a left one.

Fast shipping and a great product. The bag is very well made with robust zippers and plenty of pockets. The 180 degree opening option was a nice addition.

I really wanted to give Viking Bags a positive review, and I gave them several opportunities to address and fix their shortcomings. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating.

My order arrived with the wrong brackets and two different sets of mounting bolts. Clearly, quality control is not their top priority.

I sent my first email and waited a full week with no response. I followed up and, once again, heard nothing for another week. At that point, I decided to call. To their credit, the customer service representative I spoke with was quite helpful and promised to send the correct parts at no cost to me.

Guess what? They sent me the exact same brackets that were in the original shipment.

At this point, I could keep going back and forth with them and ask them to send the correct parts again, but there’s a major problem: every time they ship something to me, I’m paying duty fees. I’ve already paid $70 in duty for the supposedly “correct” replacement parts, and I have neither the patience nor the budget to keep paying for their mistakes.

Now I’m left having to come up with a workaround on my own, and the bolts I need aren’t exactly easy to find in my area.

And if you think you’re buying an American-made product, think again, the parts are made in Pakistan.

Unfortunately, based on my experience with the product and especially the customer service, I would not recommend Viking Bags to anyone.

When attempting to make a purchase for the 2025 HD Nightster RH975, the site has all saddlebags marked as SOLD OUT. When contacting customer service, I was told that the bags would be available at the end of August. It's now 8/30/26 with nothing available STILL. After reading some other reviews from users complaining about cheap hardware, I'm glad I didn't get any.
I'm done with Viking.
