I ordered two pairs of shoes. They never arrived and when I asked for a refund after 3 weeks they said I had to contact the Chinese carrier. they now will not answer my emails. This site is a scam! beware.

NO they do not - They only tell them that AFTER they have been sent disgustingly shoddy items and had their money scammed.
It it was headed on the website "HASSLE-FREE 30-DAY RETURNS TO CHINA”
or
“IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT TO THE OTHER END OF THE WORLD AND PAY AS MUCH AS THE GOODS COST’
Then that would at least be honest- but of course they are not honest.

If they had any integrity that is what would be written full on their website - but no - they hide - because

Hassle free returns are not returns to the other end of the world. That would by definition a hassle of huge proportions.
If Vile More had a shred of decency they would clearly and openly state the truth, instead they take your money then laugh in your face if you don’t like what they have bought. Now that just tops it all.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. The item is of poor quality, apparently shipped from China. Do not purchase from this company again. I ordered a 2xL but Extra Small was sent . The material was poor. Con artists.

I bought a blouse from this company & want to return. The blouse was cheap quality from China. They make it very difficult to return with a form you do on the phone. I have tried to fill in the form but it's impossible! They say you have 30days Free to return but you can't. I will never buy from them again.

Absolutely terrible – avoid at all costs
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Vilamora not to do so.
My experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. The company advertises “hassle-free returns,” but in reality this is completely misleading. When I tried to return an item, I was given unreasonable options, including keeping the item for partial store credit or being expected to return it overseas at my own expense.
Customer service has been equally poor. Instead of dealing with the issue properly, they send repetitive, generic responses telling you to contact support – even when you already have. It feels like a deliberate tactic to delay and avoid resolving complaints.
This is not how a reputable company operates. The whole process has been time-consuming, stressful, and very disappointing.
I will now be pursuing this through my payment provider.
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Poor quality. Returns are to China!
I bought a coat that wa stated to be for 'winter.' Wheb jt arrive you could see you hand through the fabric when held up to the light. I emailed and asked for a refund. They agreed but said I would have to pay the shipping cost to post it back to China. After a lot of digging on the website past contact addresses in England I finally found something that was a true representation of where their products are based in China. They refused to cover the shipping costs (which were more than the product cost!) As it wasn't faulty,and woukd not accept that they had faulty advertised this product, deeming it suitable for winter use.
Do not buy from them. They are misleading, falsely advertising that they str uk based, and do not support consumer rights under the law.

Utterly, utterly disgraceful
Utterly, utterly dreadful company.
Why didn’t I look at Trust Pilot before considering a purchase. 🤦♀️
I bought a jumper that had the word ‘wool’ in the description 3 times, and when it arrived I instantly knew there wasn’t any wool in the garment - so I looked at the label - it said 100% Polyester.
I contacted their customer service team to return the item explaining I had been mis sold the jumper as it didn’t match the description on their website. I was asked send a photo of the jumper and the label which I did. I was then asked to do this a second time for some reason. (All delay tactics in my opinion) I was then offered a voucher for a percentage of my overall purchase. I declined this as I couldn’t trust the company’s description of their products, in addition to the quality being very poor.
Many emails back and forth and always a very polite response but getting absolutely nowhere.
I too like others were told I could get a refund if I covered the cost of returning the item to China… I started to quote the trade descriptions act and my consumer rights - which states I’m entitled to a full refund if I have been mis sold an item…
They said they would escalate my case urgently… since their last email a couple of weeks ago, every email I have sent asking for an update has bounced back as undelivered- this is their customer support email address- and so I have concluded they have blocked my email address.
This back and forth has been going on a couple of months now, and when I recently checked the website, the jumper I bought still has the exact same description- they clearly do not care in the slightest, and have not acted on my complaint highlighting the description does not match the item.
Zero morals, and they have absolutely no regard for their customers - how on earth are they still trading.
