Helen is an amazing vet and manages my reactive terrier with ease. She is so helpful and friendly it gives me great confidence.
Village vets is brilliant great advice kindness and understanding.

I had a really positive experience at the vets with my dog. The staff were friendly and reassuring and the vet took time to explain everything clearly. My dog was treated with the patience and care, which made the visit much less stressful. I would highly recommend them.

They staff are great so friendly, and Kristina the vet is the best. She is made to be a vet has all the qualities I think that is required to be a great vet.

Her bedside manner is second to none. She tried to save my lovely 7 year Labrador Charlie but sadly couldn’t, so when I decided to become a puppy raiser for Frith I knew that it was only Kristina I wanted to look after him throughout the next year.

My dog is old now and has heart failure 💔 due to the care of the vets he has lived past Christmas and a few other near misses.
Christina has been amazing with my dog who is an old grumpy snappy dog.
Christina is the only vet he has licked and never growled at. He is so relaxed with her and listens for her when we attend.
The receptionists are always helpful abd cheerful
The nurses are also lovely and put you at ease.
We are on the VIP plan which has been a god send with the consultations my dog has needed.

Crosby Village Vets is an amazing practice. The staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. I have total confidence in them. My dog Coco gets the very best treatment, they are so lovely with her and we never feel rushed. Can’t recommend them enough.

Everyone is so kind and caring with my little dog who is so nervous and scarred from our last vets, but they treat her with so much love and makes me confident that she is in the best hands every time I bring her in. Can’t recommend enough.

From the moment we registered with this vet, the care has been absolutely exceptional. The whole team go above and beyond—not just professionally, but with genuine compassion and kindness.

Every visit, it’s clear how much they truly care about the animals they treat. They take the time to explain everything, make you feel reassured, and treat your pet like their own.

The love and attention they show to Winnie means the world to me, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with her care.

First visit to the village vets in Crosby, we got a lovely warm welcome and the staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ! X

We love both the Formby and Crosby clinic. My greyhound has monthly treatments due to old age and has also recently had an injury requiring multiple appointments. All staff have been amazing and everyone is incredibly friendly. I will be bringing all future pets to the same vets.

Every member of the team are genuinely amazing with such a great rapport with everyone and their pets. They always remember your pets name and will give a cuddle and a fuss and even treats after their appointment. We have so much faith in the team, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best vet team there is, thank you all so much.

What a brilliant warm welcome. Our dog and cat were there for their first visit and booster vaccines.
Everybody made such warm welcomes and made us and our pets feel truly welcome.

It is always very clean and there is always a member of staff to greet you. All staff are very friendly to my pet and myself. They always give me good and correct advice and I feel my pet is in good hands x

The staff are so friendly and helpful. My grumpy cat doesn't make many appearances but when she does everyone knows about it. The staff are always so patient and understanding with her.

I’ve always had a positive experience at village vet’s Crosby. The staff are always polite and caring. I have 8 pets so can’t really afford the high prices vets these days charge but I do know they never force a treatment on my pets that is outside my budget while still helping my animals as best they can. For that I am truly grateful.

We’ve been coming to Crosby Village vets a while now and I can honestly say, every member of staff I’ve met is absolutely lovely! We’ve never had a bad experience, the vets are so kind and thorough and I can’t fault a single thing! Thank you for always being so kind to Maggie!

You will not find a better vets, who truly care, go above and beyond for your furry loved one. Don't risk being a member of a big chain vet (been there, never ever again) go to a family vets with caring staff from reception to vet nurse to vet. Can't reccomend any higher. ❤️
