Unreachable Organization.
I have sent emails, voice messages to Mr. Frank Hanson and the company requesting for a call back or a return email. I have not received any. I sometimes doubt if the company still exists.

Vinfolio has been wonderful to work with for wine purchasing and storage. Sending and receiving wine has been easy, predictable, and efficient. Questions have been answered quickly and thoroughly, and I find Vinfolio communications to be informative.

Terrible - stay away
Terrible. Despite buying over USD 50K of wine through Vinfolio, cannot get a proper recap of the bottles I own and stored at Vinfolio, nor a recap of the orders I placed over the years. As if they were stolen... Emails are not being returned, forget phone calls. Some older Krug vintages (80's) bought through Vinfolio turned out to be bad, probably weren't transported right, or bought from unreliable sources. Complete disaster. Stay away.
