Amazing quality beds highly recommend

I ordered a bed for my own room and then ordered 2 more for my children. I’ve never ordered beds from on online store before but decided to take the risk. Having looked at the reviews and visiting their Instagram page a number of times we went ahead and ordered. The beds are of great quality and the customer service was great. I did however have to wait slightly longer for my second order but the first order came within the 2 week timeframe. We went for the cream naple and silver naple beds. I particularly like how you can choose the height of your headboard to the exact measurement you require. I would recommend just paying that little bit extra and have the company build it for you, especially if you are purchasing more than one. Overall, I would recommend.

We ordered the Olivia bed in cream plush fabric. The quality is better than we could have ever wished for, and it has completely transformed my son's bedroom space! We will definitely be ordering our bedroom bed from here too. Couldn't be happy with what we received! The team was very helpful and patient with us, thank you vinobeds☺️

I bought a bed from vino beds after reading the reviews on them.I love my bed the quality of it is excellent.I would like to complement this company on there customer service.After making my order I changed my mind about the bed I wanted and they allowed me to change my order and they were very helpful and nothing was a problem to them.I would recommend this company and I will buy from them again.

Ordered two beds from vino beds and all I can say is they are totally amazing !!! The beds came exactly how I requested and look fantastic . The quality of the beds it’s superb and the fabrics are lovely and the extra strong ottoman base is just exactly what I wanted I’m so happy they had the option to pay extra for that as it’s so much better than a regular ottoman base . Excellent customer service throughout I’ll always purchase from them going forwards they are the best . Thank you vino beds

My bed is absolutely beautiful! Despite some delivery issues (this was with the delivery men not company) the bed came in less than a week of ordering. Such a stunning bed and colour, with fab quality!!

We ordered a bed after seeing it on instagram, it is great quality and when we had a very minor issue the customer service was amazing, they replied to our initial message instantly, which was at about 10pm and then came out the next day to sort the issue, when it couldn’t be sorted that day, they came back the next day and sorted the problem perfectly. They went way above and beyond expectations of customer service and I would recommend them 100%

Received my brand new bed from Vino beds about a month ago and I am absolutely over the moon with it. The quality is incredible and for such an affordable price too. Delivery was really fast and the bed was very easy to put together! Honestly, couldn't recommend Vino Beds enough!

If you are looking for a luxurious high quality comfort beds I recommend vino beds as the number one. Lovely staffs very supportive most of it they know what they are doing I don't regret getting my bed and my sister's bed from vino and am looking forward to come back again thank so much for your wonderful services.

I ordered a super king bed. It's of absolute bad quality and highly unprofessional services. It's a faulty bed, It doesnt even have legs like shown in the picture. There are gaps at every joint. The bed is shaky and it's looks ugly. It's poor job done and it looks very unfinished. And in the ottoman storage, the strap broke the next day and the base board for the ottoman are of smaller size due to which half a meter carpet below the bed is visible. On the top of it the seller isn't responding.

Excellent company, everything went smoothly from order to delivery.
The bed arrived on time and Faizan kindly offered to assemble it for us.
My daughter is very pleased and it looks stunning in her bedroom.
Great customer service all round, we will definitely use them again in the future. 👏

The customer service was on point and the beds just look wonderful in my home! The delivery was amazing and the team was so helpful upon delivery! Would highly recommend this company!

Very reliable and efficient company. I ordered my bed and an otterman box which were both delivered within a week. The guys who delivered were very respectful and helpful and ensured the products were taken upstairs. Very happy with my purchase. The bed is sturdy and holds loads of storage underneath and the otterman box not only looks stunning but can also be used as a seat and storage - very pleased with my purchases and amazing value for money products that will last me forever.

Absolutely fantastic company!! Service has been amazing and their attention to detail spot on. I kept in touch with the company through their instagram account and they were very quick to reply and extremely helpful. I wanted the bed delivered to a different address I had placed with the order and they were happy to accept this and deliver to the other address at short notice (reasonable distance of course). The bed is gorgeous and the mattress is super comfy. The delivery lads were lovely and helpful. There are soooo many bed companies out there and it is hard to pick which one but I am so glad I chose Vino beds. 100% recommend.
