Be careful with orders of things like sunglasses - photos and description of item I purchased did not make it clear that the lenses were very damaged.

Jacket arrived without stone island badge even though it was displayed prominently in product photos. 👎👎👎

I was ecstatic when I got the jacket, it was a vintage one I’d been hunting for many years, and I was able to use some loyalty points to reduce the price, it arrived swiftly as ever and was nicely packaged with some sweets. The jacket over 30 years old was flawless, I’ll be buying more without doubt!!

Shipping has been delayed further and I’m not confident it’ll arrive when they’ve said. Discount code of apology is nice but doubt it’ll be used here.

The pieces in the mystery box were high-quality, but the style of the clothes completely missed the mark from the note. I wish there were a set of questions to verify feminine/masculine and other critical details.

Great garment. Prefect fit with unique texture. However, be sure to wash the clothing prior to trying it on the first time. I had an allergic response after wearing the clothing upon arrival.

I regularly buy from this online store, this time my fella bought a vintage circa 1986/87 stone island jumper and found there to be a rip in it which wasn’t mentioned when purchased but after speaking with the store ( which is very easy to contact and provide their telephone number) they have now reimbursed me for the rip so the cash refunded will pay for that.

Doesn’t look as good as the photos, very faded , a few holes not mentioned and a stain inside the back and zip faulty

The package was barely packed. (It was open from the side which should be closed cause of size of product). Size of the product was not correct. Real size is XXL and size on website was L. But I fit it so it is cool.:)
