Gracie Mauro!

We had a lovely stay at Apartment Serena in Levanto. It was in a great location, close to the beach/centre of town, and had everything we needed. VIP Booking were great throughout - prompt communication, friendly and helpful.

Very friendly, good communication and good service. Felt safe and serious and gave it that little extra!

We stayed in a wonderful apartment that corresponded to everything described in the ad. The hosts were communicative, friendly and helpful with all our questions. They met us at the train station and showed us around the apartment and told us about the area. We would love to come back.

Very happy about my stay, thank you

Vi är otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse hos VIP-BOOKING. Fint boende, bra värdar och otrolig utsikt. Kan varmt rekommenderas och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Helpful and friendly host and the apartment we rented was very clean and well equipped in a good central but peaceful location. We would choose to stay again.

This company are excellent, the communication is brilliant, they helpfully spoke great English and it made our holiday stress free to know they were there to help.

A lovely stay at Villa Helvezia in Levanto, Italy. We received a quick reply, good directions and we were well received by the local representative. The description of the house was correct and the outside areas exceeded our expectations.

We stayed for a long weekend trip in Levanto. The appartement was spotless and the instructions were easy and even in French.
I highly recommend this agency.

We rent a small apartment in Levanto to visit the Cinque Terre. It was very clean and comfortable and the owners were very kind and helpful. Levanto is a good city to stay with a large choice of restaurants, bars and a grocery.
The walls are thin so if the neighbor is noisy you can hear him but it was OK for us.

We had a great stay with VIP booking. The apartment was very cozy, it felt very homely for our group. Great location, close to ski lift, supermarket, ski rentals, anything one needs. Very responsive and instructive host. Would recommend!

The apartment is nice, clean, tidy and quiet, and close to the beach. It is well-equipped with various coffee machines, even with some coffee capsules. We would have appreciated dishwasher tablets, though. Beds were good and the bathroom was nice.
Mauro and his wife were great hosts, providing restaurant recommendations, and even picking us up at the train station. Excellent communication.

Perfectly located apartment. Close to the village, close to the beach, close to the hiking path to Cinque Terre (Monterosso). Easy to check-in and easy to check-out.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday booked through VIP-booking. Right from the outset they have been very helpful answering questions and queries with prompt efficiency, we will definitely book through them again
