Very Unprofessional and rude. Don't recommend 👎

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disturbing experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after the experience I had with VIP Chauffeurs London, I genuinely feel obligated to warn other customers so nobody else has to go through what we experienced.

From the start, the service was far below the standards you would expect from a company advertising itself as a premium chauffeur service. The driver assigned to us, behaved in an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional manner throughout the journey. His attitude was rude, impatient, aggressive, and at times openly hostile, making the entire ride very uncomfortable.

What turned an already bad experience into something truly unacceptable happened during a stop at a gas station. To our surprise and discomfort, the driver entered the women’s restroom area, which was completely inappropriate behavior and honestly shocking to witness. At that point, it became very clear that this individual had no understanding of professionalism, personal boundaries, or basic respect toward passengers.

When customers pay for a private chauffeur service, especially one positioned as a premium company, they expect safety, courtesy, discretion, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this company delivered the exact opposite.

I am writing this review because I sincerely hope management takes responsibility, but more importantly, I want future customers to be aware before trusting this company with their transportation.
