I purchased a number and followed all the instructions exactly, including messaging them on WhatsApp and emailing them as instructed to get my PAC code. Over 24 hours later, I still haven’t received it—just excuse after excuse.

They gave me multiple deadlines for when things would happen and missed every single one. The customer service has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. I still don’t have the number I paid good money for, and I’m honestly starting to think this might be a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I paid for a number on 30th April. After checking tracking a few days later it said the address was unreadable and was sent back to sender. I am suspicious this was done deliberately. I have been waiting for a refund ever since. Basically they take your money hoping you won't ask for it back and offer you a different number that is nothing like you asked for. Suspicious that they do not have the numbers they advertise. My advice do not buy from them There are a number of mobile companies listed as same owners on companies house. If they sort the refund out I will re post but unlikely. Also look at all the other names shown on the reviews? Odd eh..
Update - I received the refund a long time after paying. The guy I spoke to via email was polite all along BUT I don't believe they have all the numbers listed. Basically the PAC codes probably run out of time thus making the numbers obsolete.

I ordered a number from VIP Mobile Numbers and, although the SIM was delayed due to Royal Mail losing the parcel, their customer service was quick to respond and helpful throughout. They offered clear solutions and issued me a PAC code immediately when I requested to transfer to another network. The process was straightforward and resolved quickly.
