I ordered Dior EDT, but received different Dior perfume

I visited Dior store in my country where my friend works and confirmed that the item is fake counterfeited not Authentic.

Please note that this is a violation of GCC laws concerning Anti-commercial fraud including UAE: Enforces the Anti-Commercial Fraud Law and the Consumer Protection Law, where businesses selling counterfeits can face fines of up to AED 2 million and store closure.

Despite notifying Vipshopica.com immediately upon discovering the discrepancy—before even opening the product packaging—the company failed to arrange the promised courier collection for the return. Multiple follow-up attempts were made to inquire about the collection, and each time Vipshopica.com assured me that a pickup would be scheduled. However, no collection ever took place.

Eventually, Vipshopica.com ceased responding to my messages altogether. It appears that the company is deliberately avoiding both the refund of my payment and the retrieval of the counterfeit perfume that was sold to me.

Eventually, vipshopica.com stop responding to my message because they don't want to refund payment nor pick up they fake perfume they sold to me. I advise caution when considering purchases from Vipshopica.com, particularly for individuals located in the UAE or globally. It has also come to my attention that Bazaarier.com is associated with Vipshopica.com and is similarly regarded as an illegitimate platform.
