Didn’t respond to emails. Didn’t deliver product. Stole my money

This is the second order for the Desert Dogs jersey I have placed and I am VERY happy with it!!! I hope they come up with more designs, Halloween, Christmas and/or custom colors would be AMAZING!!! I will be buying more in the future!!

Bought a Van Halen distressed hat. What a bunch of garbage its printed distressed and poorly at that. I run an online shop as well I would be embarrassed if this was my product. The photo was awesome not even close to what I got. Never again.

I still have not even received a shipping notification for my order that was placed 2 weeks ago!!! Yet you keep sending me emails to review my experience. Well there you have it!

Been over a month since the order place
AND No indication that the product was coming from China
Still have no idea when we will receive the product
And no response from anyone when we will receive this order

I purchased the jersey. A week later, I received an email that our company had taken a week off. The billing department was not; my card was run immediately. Two and a half weeks later, I still don't have any idea as to when I will receive my product. If I had known when I placed the order, I could have at least made the decision if I wanted my jersey this season or next!

I was sent the wrong ornament. It looked like it was of great quality, but it was not right. I have reached out two different times to try to get the issue resolved and have not had any luck or communication from the store.

I never got any updates on my item. Every number I called was out of service, and I emailed them 5 times and never got a response, then 5/6 weeks later I get an email saying it was delivered out of no where to the wrong address. Never again will I order through this site , not recommend. Then finally email me back five weeks later and just said what’s your order number no sorry no nothing just what’s your order number. So now I have to wait on that and that was over a week ago.

Ordered in September. Did not receive it until December 22 so whats the point. The "gifts" in the windows are just flat plastic pictures of FunkoPops and pentacles you could easily screen grab from Amazon. The doors are difficult to open. Finally just pulled the tray out and it was backward, wrapped in shrink wrap, and everything had dropped to the bottom. Several of the "gifts" were repeats. Definitely NOT worth the money paid for it.

This company is a joke. I ordered for sweatshirts from this company almost a month ago and only ever received the confirmation email. I have reached out to them multiple times with no response and have never received any updates in regards to my order. Don’t waste your time or money on a purchase you’ll never receive.

Made order and payment went to random PayPal HuangTruong. The customer service number was a dead number. No response from customer service. I paid with credit card and was able to file a case with them. I fortunately received my money back and won my fraud case. Others might not be as lucky. BEWARE!!!

I ordered an advent calendar My hero Academia end of October, we are December 7th, still not received yet. No information on the delivery. Don't buy on this website, it's a big fraud!

Customer service was not great, I email 3 times before I got a response which just seemed to be a standard response and not customized to my question. I was looking for my item for a trip and not once was it clear that my item was being shipped from China and not from within the United States. Needless to say I highly doubt my item will arrive before I leave.

I ordered an advent calender in September, when it hadnt arrived 5 weeks later I messaged only to be told it hadnt been posted yet so would be another 25 days, which would take us well into December so not much good for an advent calender. They did offer me a full refund but over a week later i still haven't received it & they have now stopped replying to my emails.
