Horrible experience. Lost money working with this company. Most Appts they booked never showed up or surprising were upset at us and even wrote bad reviews because they were being told wrong information about the promotion they were running. Very disorganized and slow response. It took a month for them to finally understand our promotion because no one reads your intake form and addresses your concerns.

I have been through a number of marketing firms and I have finally found one that actually does not over promise and under deliver. They communicate very well and get back to me in a timely manner. They set appropriate expectations and do a great job at getting qualified leads through the door. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a solid marketing partner.

My experience working with JC, Liv, and their team has far exceeded my expectations.

As a new business owner, I was struggling to get consistent appointments. Up until then, I was relying solely on word of mouth and a bit of SEO. I knew I needed to start running ads to really grow, but I had no idea where to begin.

One thing I’ve learned through this process is that ads aren’t just an “on/off” switch. It takes time and strategy. There are good ads and bad ads and knowing how to track the numbers and adjust is crucial.

While I started seeing a few clients in the first month, months 2 and 3 are where things really took off. Now, 7 months in, my lead flow is so consistent that I’m actually hiring for more positions, which is something I never imagined happening this soon.

The down-to-earth nature, honesty, and transparency of the entire team made it easy to trust the process. If I had been doing this alone, I probably would have quit early on. But having a knowledgeable, experienced team in my corner who could create a tailored ad strategy for my business has been truly life-changing. Their sales training and constant support is also a huge plus.

Over the course of a month, I found several issues that were disappointing and concerning. The main goal was to generate leads through their campaigns, but I received only three leads, with one later canceling. Additionally, I noticed that my approved ad spend of $50 per day per account was exceeded, as they ran multiple ads per campaign, resulting in daily spends between $25 and $75, which totaled over $2,000 before I discontinued their services.

I also experienced issues with lead management. They placed me in their GoHighLevel system, but I was unable to export or download the contact information for the leads I paid for, which limited my ability to follow up effectively.

Communication was another area of concern, as follow-ups to leads were often poorly written and unprofessional. I also found their ad graphics to be recycled and generic across multiple accounts. Despite these issues, they still charged a fee of $6,000 for a three-month service.

Furthermore, I encountered problems with their account manager, JC, who became unresponsive after an initial Zoom call and did not follow up as scheduled.

Overall, my experience was not as expected, and I believe it's important to be cautious if considering their services. I recommend thoroughly researching and clarifying expectations before engaging with them.
