Working with Virtalent was transformative for me and my business. Hannah, my virtual assistant joined me when I was still in a full time role and had dreams and ambitions outside work. Amongst other things, we set up an open mic at the Sevenoaks youth club and even got nominated for an ward by the council. Thanks to the team at virtalent for helping me transition to a confident business owner.

This company sent me multiple admins that did not deliver to expectations. In the time it took to keep searching for new admins, many hours in the package I purchased went unused that were not refunded. I kept giving them chances to improve the quality, and in the meantime paying for work I never received. I felt cheated. They make it very difficult to leave once they have your credit card details. It was great working with Virtalent. They took the effort to select a VA that fit my needs, and their assistance and process are both top notch.

I used their marketing support VA option, and I did not have a great experience with the company. And I feel the quality of the work did not meet my expectations.
