I’m so used to first aid courses feeling boring but this one really doesn’t feel that way. The course tutor was very engaging and explained things really well. I would highly recommend this course to anyone needing their first aid done.

Virtual health and fitness are a top tier education provider. Darren delivers an excellent and thoroughly engaging first aid course which you leave feeling confident you can do first aid. They also provide a very comprehensive and in depth level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal training course.

I really enjoyed the courses and I was delighted to complete it as we are now equipt to enjoy working as qualified Personal Trainers. I cannot fault VHF and I am grateful for the opportunities they have given me. 5/5

Darren was an excellent tutor throughout my Level 3 Personal Training course with VHF. His support during the live lessons and his willingness to help outside of class made a huge difference to my learning. He was always approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping students succeed. I really appreciate the guidance and confidence he gave me in developing my knowledge and understanding of fitness. Darren is a top trainer. Highly recomened. People like Darren are rare these days. He can communicate with all different types of people so well. He makes jokes at the correct times and also makes it so clear how we can ask him anything and he will always take it seriously. This was my 4th first aid course but my 1st online so I was a little bit skeptical. From the very first enquiry email to my final passed certificate email, the team were amazing. I experienced a very professional and high quality service. I was well informed throughout my course and I learnt everything by the book! Darren was incredible, he was able to teach a large class and get everyone involved. Darren's teaching style was great and kept everyone interested. The level of help was amazing and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to do their first aid in a fun energetic yet relaxed manner to book.

I recently completed the emergency first aid at work course. 6hrs split across two days. The content and delivery from Darren was outstanding and can’t fault this service at all. Highly recommend to anyone and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Really supportive team that makes each aspect of the assessments easy to understand. They take their time to break down the information if necessary and give the option of 1-1 sessions upon request to provide any further assistance.
