I'm a senior recruiter within the FinTech space and I have been searching for a fully-remote role to cut out commuting. I opportunistically sent my CV over to Virtus (honestly, not expecting much back), however they have been brilliant!

Hayden G has been my point of contact and I can't recommend him highly enough. Virtus have always been great to work with - they're willing to listen and understand what we look for in our candidates - which isn't always the easiest when hiring at the entry-level for recruitment.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They know when to push and when to hold back - which is key when you're in a busy role as a hiring manager and need to be chased at times without it feeling like a chore!

A decent bunch of people working in a market where reliability is hard to find! As with most things in recruitment, not every shot is a hit, however the team members we have dealt with at Virtus have for the most part been switched on, responsive and very friendly. They send us a good volume of CVs when we need them and we've had some great candidates join us via their service. We'll definitely continue to work with them in the future.
